Plastic Pyrolysis:

Plastic pyrolysis involves subjecting plastic to high temperature of 400 to 450 degree
Celsius, in absence of oxygen. In case of oxygen is present plastic will start burning.
During pyrolysis plastic breaks down into smaller molecules of pyrolysis oil, pyrolysis gas and
carbon black.

The waste plastic to fuel oil pyrolysis plant is a machine that converts waste plastic and

Process:

 The liquid oil will be cooled by condenser from oil gas and then collected by oil tank.

 Smoke produced by processing the plastics can achieve national emission standard
through dual desulfurization and dusting removal device.
After you get crude oil, the temperature will be low, at this time, carbon black will be
discharged automatically.
 Last, when the temperature falls to 100 degree Celsius, After all these steps, you can start
another batch.

 Fuel Oil applications:

The plastic pyrolysis oil from waste plastic pyrolysis plant can be sold directly as fuel. Or
be transformed into gasoline or diesel by the tyre oil distillation plant.The refined pyrolysis oil
can be used for heavy oil generator to produce electricity.

 Carbon black application:

Carbon black from waste plastic pyrolysis plant may be reprocessed into color master

Reactor:

Reactor is one of the most important parts of the pyrolysis plant such as plastic

Condenser:

Gas Separator:

The heavy liquids are pumped out of the bottom of the vessel and the light phase is drawn
off the side of the tank. Horizontal vessels use a sump arrangement to separate light and heavy
liquids. They are then both drawn off via separate outlets from the bottom of the tank. The
oil/gas separators can be divided into horizontal, vertical, or spherical separators.
