LORD METATRON SYNOPSIS

Lord Metatron is the highest-ranking Elohim and
Representative of the Creator in this Universe.
A Chief Elohim and Lord of Creation, He is pure God
Essence and is in charge of Creation, carrying out the
Divine Will of the Prime Creator.
This Creation is the sixth of ten Creations provided for
in the Divine Plan of the Supreme Creator.
Lord Metatron is situated at the top of the Tree of Life;
yet in all His Magnificence and Glory He is very
accessible to us here on this planet Earth.
Lord Metatron is very much involved with other great
Cosmic Beings in bringing this planet Earth and its
Humanity to the Light.
Lord Metatron specialises in Light Synthesis. You can ask
Him to assist you in increasing your Light quotient in
order to ascend. He is also of great help in developing the
microton, the Lightbody.
Ask to be touched by His Rod of Initiation.

communication, using and interpreting the Language of

METATRON - LIGHT SYNTHESIS AND ASCENSION

You are in the process of transforming your physical body
into a Body of Light…
At the end of your incarnation you have the choice
to cross the Great Divide and take your embodiment with
you…

The Creator designs the Master plan, the Cosmic

Blueprint of Creation and hands it down to the Master
builders, the Elohim.
The Elohim are the Creator-Gods of the Universe.
They are androgynous (genderless). They can have male
or female aspects. There are many Orders of Elohim.
The Chief Elohim is Lord Metatron and He is the highest
Representative of the Source in this Creation.
His specialty is Light Synthesis.
Opening Prayer:
Let us know that we come into the Presence with
reverence.
Know that you always use the Power of the All That
Is.
When you come into the understanding of the
greatness of your being, this is the stage where you
let go of the personality and you learn true humility.
Let us in true humility offer up our hearts to our
Creator and feel that we are related, we are One.
Know that the Love is returned a thousandfold.
 Send this Love to the person on the left and receive
it so very gladly from the person on the right.
Now know that you are One. This is truth.
This is Cosmic Truth.

Call forth in your hearts the Ascended Master that
you have an affinity with.
Call forth the members of the Great White
Brotherhood and the Galactic Federation of Light.

Beloved friends, it is indeed a great privilege and honour
to be with thee tonight.
I AM Metatron.
Let us talk about ascension a little bit. Let us get the
true understanding of what ascension really means and
what you are doing here on this dimension.
You all have now become familiar with the fact that this
planet Earth is at the end of a twenty-six thousand-year
cycle.
At the moment the fact that this planet Earth is going to
the Light might sound incredible to you, when you watch
what is going on around you: the bitter fighting for
survival; countries divided by hatred and greed, and the
racism. There are even inner conflicts going on in many
countries, torn apart by opposing politics. Then you may
ask: How can this planet go to the Light?
Do not forget that you are looking at a certain dimension
or level of consciousness on this planet. You may know
that this planet was originally intended to be a showcase
in the Universe, a Garden of Eden.
Many species, life streams of consciousness are present
here as the Mineral, Vegetation, Animal, Angelic and then
the Human kingdoms.
This planet was going to be a showpiece. It was intended
that this planet would house an incredible civilisation of
enlightened beings by employing free will through
consciousness in matter. This was quite unique.
Then you know about the so-called Fall of Man. Man was
created as a sovereign being with a twelve strand DNA.
This was scientifically interfered with by invaders from
outer space. Man was then placed in a powerless position
and became a creature of enslavement and limitation. The
possibility that this process could be reversed always
remained.
Now the Word of the Creator, the Clarion Call has rung
out, that this planet as part of this Solar System must go
to the Light. The corridors of Light were opened. This
happened in 1987, your linear time and it was called the
Harmonic Convergence. Until that point in linear time a
game of separation and karma was played out on this
planet.
Nothing happens outside the Consciousness of God
All this was part of the plan. It was called the Great
Experiment: that Mankind on planet Earth shall have free
will. Do you understand? This (the free will) could not be
interfered with. You know the end result!
Now the Edict has come from the Heavens, that planet
Earth beloved Gaia has had enough and shall go to the
Light. To this effect many evolved souls from all over the
Universe have come to the rescue.
This incarnation is the culmination of centuries of
lifetimes of these evolved souls. They come from great
enlightened civilisations, all over the Universe. They came
from the Heavenly Realms.
They took a great risk, my friends, by coming into
incarnation into matter. They ran a great risk of
becoming enmeshed in Karma, Cause and Effect.
 By incarnating into density the veil of forgetfulness was
drawn. It was very easy to see that these illustrious souls
became true believers in the illusion of the third
dimension. They came to think that this existence on the
third dimensional level was real; that this mind-held and
mass-held reality of the third dimension was real. But
through the work of these illustrious souls the right to
intervene in the destiny of this planet and its Humanity
was earned. These souls are once again in incarnation.
This is a culmination of work that has been done over
aeons of time. Many of these souls were present in
Atlantis and Lemuria.
You can see that a great influx of Light has come to this
planet through these evolved beings. They are indeed
Masters. They have well and truly mastered the physical
reality.
Once again they have come out of Love for their Creator,
out of Love for their brother, the ignorant, unawakened
members of Mankind. It is an act of great sacrifice,
great Love and great service.
They incarnated into density and the veil of amnesia was
drawn and through the event of the Harmonic
Convergence, where the corridors of Light were opened
it became possible for these souls to awaken and
remember who they are and that they are.
These wonderful souls are part of a Second Coming of
the Christ. They are living Light conduits to anchor the
Christed energies physically into this planet.
This Divine Plan of the Creator, the Master Plan, the
Divine Purpose that this planet should come to the Light
could not be accomplished without their help.
You are experiencing great hardships and confusion and
perhaps many of you have a great longing for the Light.
You know that you do not belong
here. You have a strong yearning and perhaps experience
glimpses of unparalleled beauty of the realms that you
came from.
You are so honoured and held in high esteem by the
Spiritual Hierarchies who are rallied around you to serve
and assist you to make it possible for you to achieve your
chosen task in this incarnation. This is a great heroic
undertaking indeed.
You know that you are working as a unity, as a whole, as a
mighty force of Light anchoring the highest energies.
So you are ascending (again). First you descended into
matter now you are ascending your embodiment again.
For you there is a great choice that you, through your
inner work, enlightenment and evolvement in this
incarnation, can make this embodiment a body of Light.
Through your purity of mind and being and being the
splendid soul that you are, you can make this body a body
of pure Light.
At the end of your incarnation you can cross the great
Divide by taking your embodiment with you. This is within
your capabilities. This is what Light Synthesis means.
Or you can still go and exit in the old and accepted
manner and leave this body behind. You have always the
choice to do this.
You can see that these are exciting times. More and more
from this moment on you will see a greater understanding
creeping in into the minds of Humanity. It will become
more and more acceptable to discuss these matters of a
metaphysical nature. There are films on the Television,
which tell of alien life. More and more an appeal is being
made to the innate goodness and intelligence of
Humankind. Please open your eyes and take note of this.
It is wonderful to see that Mankind is awakening. There
is still the matter of free will. Mankind now has the
choice: Enlightenment and empowerment or live according
to the mortal mind. Mankind will eventually be put to the
choice: do they wish to come to the Light or do they wish
to continue their learning school somewhere else.
This is a plan of Love, this is a plan of Light. We can be
part of it. We are all brothers. We are all equal. We are
all the Beloved. We are all part of the ride of a Lifetime.
Start living! Come into your true destiny. Your destiny is
glorious and the end is victorious!
Let us all celebrate together that we are now nearing the
end of the beginning. We will continue to take this planet
into its Golden Age.
Let us all renew our Holy Covenant with God. This is the
promise you made long ago that you serve in this way.

PATH
By your very presence on this planet
you uplift the consciousness of Mankind.

Beloved friends.
All of you here present have reached a level where you
are on the brink of achieving full consciousness.
At the moment you are put before many tests to see if
you are indeed capable of applying this consciousness of
knowing and mastery.
Perhaps you are thinking that your mastery works
sometimes and sometimes not. You must know by now that
you are a being of vast power and Light. You are not here
(in incarnation) by accident. You are indeed crucial in the
outworking of the Divine Plan of the Creator. You are a
kingpin so to speak. The success of this undertaking of
the Light depends on you and your work.
You must know by now that whatever you say and do and
think, you always use God power to do it with.
Every action you perform is on behalf of the Creator.
Every thought you think is using the thought processes
of the Creator. Every word you speak is helping to create
the reality of the Creator.
Think about it!
Nothing in this Creation happens outside the
Consciousness of God!
The All That Is, Is All There Is!
And you know that this is a vast undertaking of Light. You
also know that being an evolved soul you come from the
realms of Light.
You have incarnated into this illusion of matter. You
consented to do so. You lost the recollection or memory
of things that have been. It is almost an impossible task,
wouldn’t you say?
You strive to regain full consciousness while working in
such a dense atmosphere and reality. Now is the time
that you will regain this full consciousness and all-
knowingness. To remember your Lineage and to remember
what you came here to do. To remember that you are a
being of Light energy, a being of full consciousness and
energy.
By your very presence on this planet you uplift the
consciousness of Humankind.
This places a great responsibility upon your shoulders,
indeed, but then you are always equal to the task. More
and more you experience what mastery really is and you
come to be in charge of your reality, knowing that you
are the master of your reality.
This is the reason that we work so hard with you. We
help you to work on fear, dross and emotional upheaval,
assisting you to integrate and gain mastery over all your
subtle bodies, to make sure that all your bodies are
properly integrated in your physical body.
You know that you are Lords of the Light. This means
that you work with Light Synthesis. You work with the
spiritualisation of matter on this planet Earth. You are
transforming matter into Light. You are doing this every
day of your existence. You transform matter into Light
by anchoring Light energy into this planet.
This planet which has been in isolation for aeons of time,
where a game of separation, cause and effect and free
will has been played out.
You know that the corridors of Light are now open. This
spiritualisation of matter or Light Synthesis process is a
delicate one. It required the coming into incarnation of
specialists, experts on Light Synthesis. This is exactly
what you are and what you do.
We are all working toward the ascension of this planet,
are we not? What does this mean? It means that this
planet will transform into Light energy, it will go to the
fifth dimension. It means that the body of Earth will
become a body of Light. This is the work that you are
doing.
You are working with the ascension of the physical body.
What did happen in the past when physical ascension took
place? The physical body would be cast off and the soul
would go on in his/her body of Light. At the present
(linear) time or Now moment it is a very unique occasion
on this planet Earth. You now have a choice: Do you
ascend the old way and allow the physical body to cast
off or do you transform your physical body into a body of
Light and ascend?
You are in the process of transforming your physical body
into a body of Light. After ascension you will be required
to stay in your present form. You will work in an ascended
state in a physical body that is becoming a body of Light
on this planet.
If there are many body changes taking place, we
apologise for the inconvenience. You are in the process of
becoming a body of Light!
Those who cannot or will not accomplish this will not be
able to live in the fifth dimensional consciousness on this
planet Earth. So you are not the only ones that are having
this expert work performed on you. At the moment you
will be having much more advanced work done on you. This
work is done, with the permission of your higher Self, by
the Angelics..
You see that more than one process is going on at the one
time with the planet and with the members of Humanity
and the Light beings.
You must have noticed that there is now more openness
and a willingness to understand the matters of the
spiritual. The subject is more and more discussed in the
media. The focus is becoming more on introspection and
meditation and communion with God.
More and more people realise that they are free and
sovereign. They realise that they are a vast being of
beauty and power. More and more the shackles of
limitation and finiteness are falling away. You will see
that with the influx of more Light there are actually
more people signing off and casting off the body as well
as people becoming more open and realising that they are
living according to the Law of Love and Light and not
being addicted to greed, profit and lust.
There is only one desire and that is Right Desire.
The Right Desire of the Soul is to know God.
So you see that all these influences are now affecting
this planet. I wish you to focus only on the Light. Do not
sidetrack yourselves by delving into the emotional
upheaval of the suffering of Mankind. Know that these
conditions have been chosen by the souls involved.
You can only help by doing your part with devotion and
Love in your heart.
My friends, I request once again that you look at your
output of thought forms. Be very careful which mind you
are operating from. Are you working from the Christ
Mind or the human, mortal mind?
Remember that you have grown so much in the last couple
of your years. You have become powerful and able
manifestor. Remember when you work in the negative you
are an equally powerful and masterful creator and
manifestor. The God power is neutral and impersonal. It
is you who shoulder the responsibility of using the God
power. Use it for the highest good of yourself and the
highest good of all and I know that you are striving to do
this.
Now is the time when you come face to face with the
mirror of your Self. More and more conditions will come
up for you to have a look at and transmute. Do not let it
throw you out of balance but go from victory to victory in
your mastery. Rejoice in the power that you have. You will
pass these tests with flying colours. Forgive yourselves
when you fall on your face occasionally. Pick yourselves up
and forgive yourselves and most importantly, forgive
those who trespass against you.
Bless those who are as yet unawakened.
Bless those who are ignorant, who know not.
Know that they are a creation of the Mother/Father God
and, as such, a potential Christ.

LIQUID FIRE OF THE SOURCE MEDITATION

Tap into the sacred Blue the sacred Blue Lodge of Light
of Creation, which comes from the Source via Sirius B.
Tap into the sacred Blue Light of Creation and flow the
energy through all the three hundred and fifty two
chakras from the Godhead, through your I AM Presence.
Anchor all those chakras that are appropriate of your
evolvement at this stage.
Anchor all the subtle bodies that are appropriate at this
time.
(etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies)
Flow the sacred Blue Light through, starting with the
Soul chakra above your head (eighth chakra) and through
the physical chakras.
Anchor this sacred energy in your base chakra then spiral
the energy up. through all your chakras, especially the
heart chakra and the third eye, right up, activate all your
chakras right up to the Godhead.
Activate all your subtle bodies all the way up to the
Godhead....
Now stand in the Transformational Fire of the Source…
Ask that all fear cause and effect, be consumed in the
Sacred Fire of the Source.
Transmute anything that is not of the purest Flame of
Light.
Transmute all fear within you, right from the so-called
Fall of Man…
Transmute all fear generated by the events in Atlantis
and Lemuria to be consumed.
Transmute all fear cause and effect from traumatic
events in your past incarnations to be consumed.
Bring all fear from those events to the forefront of your
awareness and purify totally in the Transformational Fire
of God.
Any thought or belief structure of fear, lack, poverty,
loneliness and inadequacy must now be consumed.
Command that any fear structure in the etheric body now
be consumed.
Take your time with this process…
Ask to be purified, cleansed, healed and transmuted into
the powerful heavenly beings that you truly are.
This is your true essence.
Stand totally cleansed and purified, without sin, without
blemish.
Intend that you receive the resources you need in order
to fulfil your chosen task for the highest good of
yourselves, the highest good of the planet Earth, the
highest good of the members of Humanity in the service
of your Beloved Creator.
Ask that you may work according to your Cosmic Divine
Blueprint, that you may work with the right partners and
fellow Light beings,
So that you may fulfil your part in the Cosmic Power play,
according to the Divine Plan of the Creator.
We ask that this may come to pass in joy, Love,
friendship, laughter, prosperity and good health.
Ask for the guidance, direction, assistance and advice of
your inner Divine Guiding Council.
Ask for the guidance and direction of the members of
the Council of Nine of the Sacred Blue Lodge on Sirius B.
Anchor the Sacred Blue Light of Creation through your
chakra system into this planet Gaia.
Know that you are all linked through the Blue Light of
Creation.
You are linked with all the Light beings in place all over
the world, right around this planet.
Realise that you are part of a whole, One Body of Light.

Heavenly Hierarchies, the members of the Great White

Once again we are working with thought structures,
addictions and attachments to our chakras. We are
getting rid of the heaviness and thought forms that hang
on to your chakras, emotional and mental bodies.
Opening prayer:
We stand connected to the I AM as One.
We realise that we are One.
We work as One.
We are most effective working as One.
Let us be One in reverence and be in the Presence of
the All That Is,
 Realising that we are always in the Presence.
We invite the Angelic, Cosmic and Planetary
Hierarchies, the Lords of Time, the Elohim, the
Lords of Light, the Galactic Federation of Light, the
Members of the Brotherhoods of Light, together
with all the Angels surrounding and assisting us, to
work in Thy Holy Name.

in incarnation in this present NOW moment.

Beloveds,
We are continuing with the subject of Light Synthesis
and Consciousness.
I AM Metatron.
This talk is about the fluidity of Mind and let us examine
what this really means.
We are floating in a Light web of Consciousness, of
information, energies that are finally being released to
this planet. With our antennae we can pick up this
information and use it in our expansion and ascension of
consciousness and mind.
You are indeed a conduit of Light energy, of energy in
motion. Energy is always in motion and never at a
standstill.
The greatest Cosmic Being and even the Ultimate Cosmic
Being in our Universe, which we call the Source is the
greatest conduit of Light Energy. You could actually say,
my beloved friends, that the Source is the greatest
Servant of all.
The All That Is, the Source is responsible for the
spiritual evolution of every sentient being in this
Universe and Creation.
Think about that! Can you grasp this? So you can
understand that I call this Being the greatest Servant of
all! The Energy of the Source is then stepped down by
the Cosmic and Planetary Hierarchies.
From the Source, the All That Is comes the Divine Plan
and all those, who are serving Him/Her/It as King and
Royal are carrying out this Divine Plan according to the
Divine Will of the Creator or Source.
The Elohim and the Creator Gods of this Universe use
this Divine Plan to create.
The Source of the Universe supplies the Energy and the
Master plan and the Creator Gods carry out His/Her
Divine Will of creating Light into form. This form could
actually be planets, stars, suns, solar systems, galaxies
and life in the Universe.
The Lords of Time take part in creation. They create
time and space as it is part of creation. This energy get
stepped down by the Cosmic Beings, by the Being called
the Christ Michael, who is the Logos or Lord of this
Universe, by the Alpha and the Omega who is the Logos
of this Solar System, of Helios and Vesta who are the
Logoi of the Sun. Beings like Lord and Lady Sirius who are
from the planet Sirius, or Lord Arcturus from the planet
Arcturus, Lord and lady Sirius, who are the fifth
dimensional Logos of this planet Earth.
Every planet and sun and system has a Logos. What does
this word Logos mean? It means the president or god of
this planet, sun, or solar system or galaxy.
Sanat Kumara was the Logos of the three dimensional
planet Earth for eighteen and a half million years. He was
assisted by six other Kumaras, who came from the planet
Venus. His retreat on the inner plane is called Shamballa,
situated over the Gobi desert.
When the corridors of Light were closed and this planet
was playing out a game of Cause and Effect, isolation and
separation all you could do was pray to the God of this
planet, Sanat Kumara.
Now since the Harmonic Convergence of 1987 the
corridors of Light have been opened. We are as the
planet Gaia entering the photon belt, which is a belt of
spiritual energy which is of a higher vibration. Sanat
Kumara was responsible for the evolution of every
sentient being on this planet. At the moment He is
overlighting Lord Buddha who now has taken over the
position of Planetary Logos of this planet going into the
fourth dimension. He resides at his spiritual retreat of
Shamballa situated on the inner planes over the Gobi
desert. You may visit there and ask to be placed on the
ascension seat and experience the ascension energies.
This planet Earth has now access to the Source of the All
That Is or the Mother/Father God. When you pray, your
prayer goes Home. You are going Home.
You have incarnated on this planet for aeons of time,
even if you did not originate from this planet. So great
was your Love for your Creator that you risked getting
enmeshed in karma just to rescue this planet and its
Humanity. Many from the region of the Pleiades have
incarnated. The Pleidians have played a great role in the
evolution of this planet Gaia and they are responsible for
instituting the Law of Cause and Effect. This is a Pleidian
system. They are also genetically responsible for this
planet. This also applies to the Sirians, who are seventh
dimensional beings. The Sirians are of the highest
vibrational frequency in this solar system. They are also
genetically responsible for humankind.
You now begin to understand why there is such a great
interest in this little planet.
The planet Earth is meant to be a Garden of Eden or
Paradise. Then it was genetically interfered with by
Cosmic Invaders and its people were enslaved.
This whole Universe is going to the Light, not only this
Solar System and Galaxy. The whole Universe is fulfilling
it’s highest potential of Light. This planet Earth must
come to the Light. One part affects the Whole. This
planet must come and is coming to the Light.
You can actually see this happening. You can see the mass
consensus of Humanity change. You can notice an
openness to spiritual truth. Because of the higher
energies truth comes to the Light. Hidden truth must
come to the Light. Things that are hidden come to the
surface. With the increased spiritual energies truth must
come to the Light.
You will see much turmoil happening on this planet. This
turmoil is still happening on the third dimension. You will
feel more and more remote from it. You are remote from
it, my friends, because you are now moving into full
consciousness.
Beloved friends, please accept our apologies, we are
working with you and on you. Body changes must take
place. If this process does not take place you would feel
very much off centre and out of sorts while you are
receiving these higher energies. You must be able to
receive these Light energies into your physical body and
this body then ultimately becomes a body of Light. Please
bear with us for a little while longer. We are doing our
best to create as little discomfort as possible. Please
forgive us if the discomfort is too much to handle for
you.
Great changes are taking place in the DNA and the
chakra systems. Great changes are taking place in the
glandular system. This glandular system is rejuvenating
you. The thyroid, pineal and pituitary glands were quite
shrivelled up. They had little function in the density of
the third dimension but are now crucial in your ascension
of consciousness. We are taking great care not to cause
discomfort, but beloveds, this is a process that has to
take place. The members of Humanity are also receiving
this process of mutation and body changes. You see, my
beloved friends, you are a conduit of Christed energies
and because of this reason as the Light beings that you
are, you are becoming more and more rarefied, more
specialised, ever higher in vibration. Your body must be
able to withstand this elevation of vibration. It is a
natural process. This you have given your consent to for
it is part of your selfless service to your Creator.
These are exciting days! Be adventurous! Play a little,
experiment with this gradually expanding consciousness
of God that you are experiencing.
Learn your lesson of detachment well. Watch the
emotional games and dramas being played out around you
in your immediate environment; perhaps in your workplace
or family and relatives. In your country or even in other
countries on this planet, observe what is happening: this
turmoil, this chaos that is taking place. Take note of the
extreme behaviour of the weather; the storms, the
floods, the tremendous fires that are raging in various
locations on this planet. There is an enormous cleansing
of this planet Gaia taking place. It is like a bear shaking
off its fleas: shaking its fur repeatedly to try to get rid
of all the irritating fleas.
This planet in reality cannot sustain itself any longer. It
is due to the intervention of the Galactic Federation of
Light that this planet is going to the Light. This must be
so. This planet is not permitted to be destroyed. You will
see great changes taking place. Great lessons are being
learned by Humanity. Great amounts of Light are being
anchored into this planet. More and more people are
awakening and are taking part in this selfless service.
Learn the lesson of the Law of One, my friends. Learn to
work as One.
Realise that there only One Being in Creation and that is
the Creator.
We are all aspects of God working as One. This is the Law
of Oneness. When you understand this Law fully then you
are totally willing and open to this. When you are totally
willing to work as One, knowing that you are related to
every other Light being in place on this planet linking up,
then you feel the mighty power when you work as One.
Then you will have mastered the plane of illusion and the
lessons of the third dimension, my friends.
You are doing so well.
You are becoming aware of what is happening around you.
You are no longer oblivious to the beauties of the
Heavenly realms.
You may have wonderful dreams that show you what you
are doing and what is in store for you.

in this Universe.

Greetings, my friends.
I welcome those who have joined our group tonight for
the first time.
At this moment we are building a group consciousness.
I AM Metatron, your Brother in the Light.
Our talk is about healing today, but before I talk about
the healing that is available to the Light being on this
planet, let us backtrack and go over what we have
explained to you before for the benefit of those who
have recently joined the group.
We are a being of consciousness, God Consciousness,
because there is no other consciousness, experiencing
matter on this three dimensional plane. Consciousness is
energy; Consciousness is eternal, immortal, it cannot be
destroyed. Consciousness is energy. We are beings of
conscious energy. We have a constant flow of God power
or God energy flowing through us. This is our life force,
otherwise we would be a dead body and not be animated
by our life force.
The soul is a conduit of Light energy.
From this explanation you come to understand that you
are constantly channelling God Power, Light Power or
Light Energy. Even if you are not consciously aware of
this, you are constantly channelling God Consciousness.
We have also pointed out to you that this God Power is
neutral. Power is neutral.
You as a sovereign being, this I AM being, the operator
of this power.
Let this sink in for a minute; the enormous responsibility
of this, the enormous privilege of this. You are constantly
channelling God power. Most of you do this most
unconsciously.
For aeons of time on this planet, and most of you the
Light beings have had many incarnations on this planet;
you have come to believe that the third dimension is all
there is. You have come to believe in the limitation of
your being. You came to believe that you were a finite
being: powerless, co-dependent! This is a monstrous lie!
Do you really think that the All That Is would create
beings that are powerless? Do you really think that you
were created to suffer or lead lives of lack?
In this incarnation your clock was set to awaken. The
corridors of Power and Light have been opened in 1987 at
the time of the Harmonic Convergence. Now you have the
privilege and opportunity to access the Source direct.
Before that time you were only able to access the Logos
of this Planet or the God of this world.
Through the opening of the corridors of Light the game
of separation has come to an end, you are now able to
access the energy of your Creator direct. Do you
understand the enormous importance of this?
Indeed, you are the manifestor and creator of your own
reality.
Once again I remind you of the fact that you channel the
God Power. Please remind yourselves every moment of the
day of this fact.
You are an Emissary of the Light; you are on a mission,
you are here in charge of your own destiny. You are not a
helpless being. If you are still thinking that you are
powerless and helpless, you are operating from the human
mind and not from the Christ Mind.
This is a summary of the content of the talks we have
been holding in this group. Perhaps this is a little bit of
an overload for you.
Your soul knows the Truth.
Your soul only has one desire and that is to know and
serve God.
The soul is the all-knowing part of you. Feel if this is
truth for you. You always have free will and free choices.
You are always the Beloved of the Father/Mother God,
whatever choice you make. You are always free, if you
know it or not! You are free. Tell yourself a few times a
day that you are a creator. Tell yourself that you have
choices. Tell yourself a few times a day that your
problems are just manifestations of fear. Your problems
present themselves as fear in disguise. They manifest to
you because of your negative ego patterning. When you
have a problem presenting itself to you, you know that
you have brought this into being yourself. You also know
that you have choices and options and that a solution
exists in the Universe. Always recognise this as fear in
disguise. Do not think that the problem that you are
facing now is so much worse than the problem you
mastered so wonderfully last week!
Trust in the ability and power of the I AM, your own
self-empowerment!. Trust in your own mastery, your
ability.
Take a deep breath and realise that you are indeed a
Master and a Lord of the Light!
Today I wish to talk about healing because we know that
your bodies get a little bit the worse for wear. You are
subject to modifications and mutations of your
embodiments at the present time. You might ask: if I am
supposed to be all-knowing, why cannot I heal myself?
My answer shall be: through the expansion of your
consciousness you shall heal yourselves! It is a little more
complicated than that. We have to look at your belief
systems and the negative thought structures in your
etheric body, that carry forward, sometimes from
lifetime to lifetime a belief structure that you must
suffer and that you must be ill: through suffering you will
gain enlightenment. This is erroneous and an untruth.
You will have to go back to the cause of your perceived
illness.
The illness itself or the persistent feeling that you are
not well is an effect, not the cause. You do not have to
relive this cause; just ask to be taken back to the origin
of this belief.
When you take yourself back to the original cause, then
you can transmute it into the sacred Violet Light of God,
the Seventh Ray. This is how you transmute belief
structures in the etheric body. I am talking about healing
at the moment, but you can deal with issues of
prosperity, employment, relationships etc. also in this
manner.
Let us talk about the healing that is available to you as a
Light being
First of all you have your own Angelic Healing Team.
This team works with you alone. You can ask these healing
Angels to heal all kinds of conditions. You can tell this
Healing Team just exactly what is wrong with you. You
can also ask for a scanning of your body and then you can
allow the Angels to deal with the situation.
The Ascended Masters.
In the case of absent healing I suggest that you ask for
a twenty-four hour healing focus from the Ascended
Masters. They erect a healing platform above the patient
and hold a constant healing focus on the patient.
It works very well if a friend is in hospital. You can ask
any of the Ascended Masters for a healing.
Arcturians.
You can ask the Arcturians for healing. The Arcturians
are a group consciousness and work with Light Synthesis.
They are a fifth dimensional group consciousness. If you
are lacking in energy you can ask to be hooked up to their
computer. Ask Lord Arcturus and the Arcturians to
attend to you. They are very helpful with the increase
and intake of your Light quotient in your embodiment.
Please communicate with them. State your requirements.
Tell them what you need or think you need. They scan you
the first time, allow an hour to an hour and a half for this
procedure. It is best when you are resting in bed. You can
ask for their healing in an ongoing manner.
Pleidians.
You can ask the Pleidian Emissaries of the Light for
specialised healing. Ask for the Laser surgeons. For any
surgery to be performed ask for these healing Masters.
White Lodge on Sirius.
Ask for the Galactic Inner Plane Healing Masters from
the White Lodge on Sirius. Prove it to yourself. You can
feel the healing taking place. Start conversing with these
beautiful Beings of the Light. It is very important that
you keep the communication flowing. You are an adept at
the Language of Light or Telepathy and you know it not.
Arcturians.
Ask the Arcturians or me for assistance with the
Language of Light and intake of Light quotient.
There is a great amount of help available to you.

Planet Earth has become a planet, which for aeons of
time became separated by its density and ignorance;
where the Law of Cause and Effect has been played out.
Humanity has dug itself in deeper and deeper and became
totally enmeshed in Karma, to such an extent, that
Humanity could not possibly redeem itself through it’s
own efforts alone.
I AM come to thee tonight bearing the energies of the
Ultimate Creator, the energies of the Ancient of Days,
the energies of the Glories of Light.
I am going to talk about Creation and Manifestation
today.
I AM Metatron.
It is I who bring the highest Light to the outer regions
of the Universes. It is I who encodes you with the
Language of Light.
It is I who is, in this Realm of Manifestation and
Creation, the Representative of the Universe.
I AM the right hand of God.
I AM the Left Hand of God.
I create Light into Form.
I supply the envelopes of Light for the thought forms of
the Ultimate Creator.
There are many dimensions of Light in this Universe.
Let us forget about the boundaries of this Universe for a
moment. Let us get into the far reaches of the Light
where the Light emanates in its purity. When you get to
the Stargaze in the far reaches of Orion you come into
the Heavenly Realms of Light Energy surrounding the
Throne of rhe Ultimate Creator, the Supreme Energy,
the Ultimate Creator of all the Universes, of all Creation,
of all Being.
You know that this incredible Being, Its Power, Its Glory,
Its Light, Its Supreme Intelligence would be so very
hard for you to fathom, is actually the Ultimate Servant,
the Ultimate Supply of Light.
It is now possible for you to tap into this Energy through
me. Call on me and my energies and I will assist and guide
you.
In this Universe, which is called the Son Universe, we are
occupied with the spiritualisation of matter through
Light. This is indeed a wondrous dimension of
consciousness at work. You do realise now that the whole
of Creation is a matter of Consciousness, because
Consciousness is Light.
There are so many Brotherhoods of Light working in your
Universe alone, to help with the evolution of
consciousness and on your planet especially, the evolution
of consciousness in matter through free will.
This planet Earth was indeed an experiment of
consciousness in matter through free will. It was an
experiment to see, how Humanity would follow the
Universal Laws of Enlightenment and Evolution through
using free will.
This planet was intended to be the Jewel in the Crown of
the Creator, a showpiece, that indeed Mankind, when
guided, could reach the heights of spiritual
enlightenment.
Well you all know the result.
For aeons of time there has been suffering and anguish
and a vicious circle of incarnation after incarnation,
playing out the same scenario over and over again.
Mankind became enmeshed into darkness, greed, endless
suffering and poverty of spirit.
By special dispensation from the Father/Mother Creator
God we are now able to bring this planet to the Light and
the attention of the whole Universe is focussed on this
planet Gaia.
Many Galactic wars have raged in this region and some of
your planets no longer have third dimensional life. These
planets were totally ravaged. Therefore this planet Earth
or Gaia is indeed needed to bring this Solar System and
Galaxy to the Light.
The Planetary and Cosmic Hierarchies, the Angelic Hosts,
the Galactic Federation of Light and the Ashtar
Command under the supreme command of the Radiant
One Lord Sananda are working hand in hand to bring this
about.
This is an incredibly delicate operation. By Divine
Dispensation from the Creator these forces of Light are
now permitted to intervene. We ask you so very urgently
that you stand together as One Mighty Force of Light.
You have all come from the regions of Light to assist.
Beloved Friends, it is now time that you realise that you
are a spiritual being. You exist on many levels of
consciousness and Light and you are specialists in the
tasks that you are performing. We wish you to
wholeheartedly commit yourselves to the work that you
have undertaken.
You cannot be a spiritual being for part of the time, this
is not how it works. You are a spiritual being first,
foremost, forever eternal.
We wish you to stand together as one mighty force of
Light and uplift the consciousness of this planet now. We
would like you to realise the mighty force of Light that
you are here at planetary level. We ask you to link your
Light with every Light being on this planet, until it
becomes a mighty Flame of Christed Light that you hold
as a barrier so that this planet can come safely to the
Light.
Indeed, my friends, you are counted on. We wish you to
do this consciously every moment of your day.
We are entering a crucial time. The cooperation and
assistance of a mighty force of the Light warriors is now
required. Please stand and be counted.
My friends, the portals of Light are open. The corridors
of Light are open. Through this wondrous service that
you are rendering on behalf of your Creator you will take
an enormous leap forward in consciousness.
Step out into this consciousness of Light. It is only the
flick of a switch and you are in this consciousness. Step
out of this consciousness of lack, fear, pettiness, greed,
and worry of not having enough. Put your full trust in your
I AM Presence. When you do you feel this power flowing
through you. Realise that you are indeed a mighty being
of Light. Throw away the shackles of the third dimension.
See it for the illusion that it is. Create a different
reality, a reality of self- realisation, of self-
empowerment, glory, full consciousness, full power and
manifestation.
You are this being.
Claim this heritage.
Try it on for size!
You will see that the Mantle of Power, Responsibility and
Light fits you perfectly.
Please accept the Crown of Glory that is placed upon your
head.
Hold the Staff of Power in your hand.
Thus crowned you can go places!
Take the full responsibility and glory of this task on.
This is your chance to reach the highest potential in this
incarnation.

THE BLUE LIGHT OF CREATION MEDITATION

Breathe in and out at your own pace and with each
inbreath feel the Power that enters your embodiment...
Feel the Peace, strength, and confidence and know that
you are in charge of your own destiny. And rightly so!
You are in charge of your reality.
It is entirely up to you how you spend this incarnation: in
joy or misery and fear.
You can throw the switch and transmute all the negativity
that surrounds you.
Let us do a little travelling first, let us visit the Pleiades.
Go to the region that is of the Light.
Feel yourself greeted by the Lord of the Pleiadians.
Ask to be placed on the Ascension Seat there, feel that
the level of vibration is so different from that of the
earth plane…This is a fifth dimensional planet.
Let us take another step and visit the Arcturians and be
greeted by Lord Arcturus. You can be placed on an
Ascension Seat on the Starship Arcturus or enter the
Magnetising Chamber and ask to be hooked up to the
computers. Ask that you may be given energy.
Ask that they may increase your Light quotient.
The Arcturians are a group consciousness and they are
experts in Light energy. You can always ask for their help
when you wish to increase your Light intake.
They are also magnificent healers and they can heal
almost anything in the Universe!
Today we are paying but a short visit and we ask for an
influx of energy.
You can ask the Arcturian Healers to visit you for healing
while you are in the sleep state. They can hook you up to
their computers and scan you and heal you. You need to
invite them in. They are very good at removing negative
energies.
Experience the energies there…
If you wish to receive a healing from them, you must

Feel the difference in energy between the Pleiadians and
Arcturians.
Take the next step up in consciousness and say goodbye
for the time being to the Arcturians and go to the planet
Sirius B and enter the Sacred Blue Lodge of Creation

Now spiral this energy right up as a blue and white spiral
intertwining: activating every chakra in your embodiment,
right up through the sacrum, solar plexus, heart chakra,
throat, the third eye and the crown chakra right up to
the Godhead activating all chakras as appropriate for the
enlightenment of your body.
Flow the energy down again, anchoring all subtle bodies as

TRANSMUTING THOUGHTFORMS FROM ETHERIC,

EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL BODIES MEDITATION
If you do not have body changes your body would not be
able to maintain the light force. You do not have to ask
the body guardians to do these changes. It is done
automatically. Once you are aware of this, you can feel
them working on you.
They have been working on the pituitary and pineal
glands. These glands have not been used in the past. In
the case of many adults they were shrivelled up. These
glands are used for the sending and the receiving of
telepathic messages. The whole glandular system is being
worked on. The chakras are also being worked on. They
also work on the Well of Dreams chakra, at the back of
the head. Did you have a lot of vivid dreams lately? You
might have had a stiff neck or pains at the back of the
head.
This is all for your benefit. You will be able to sustain
these higher energies. If you don’t you can become
unbalanced.
Start your meditation.
Breathe slowly and purposefully.
Breathe in this God power, the prana.
Exhale slowly through the nostrils and know that you are
Light energy.
Know that you are anchoring Light energy with every step
that you take.
Do not think of your incarnation on this planet as a
burdensome existence. Indeed, it is a reward, a
culmination of many aeons of service to your Creator. It

Call in the Violet Flame the Seventh Cosmic Ray of
Transmutation, Freedom and Forgiveness.

You are transmuting a few burdens that are still hanging

Start working with some agreements that you have made

that you have made with the Global Elites and their

restricted, limited and powerless; flow it into the Violet
Flame until it is totally transmuted in the Violet Light
,cause and effect, original cause and effect.

Now transmute all attachments and addictions you have in
the emotional body.
Transmute all unfulfilled desires.
Transmute all emotional dross and upheaval within you.
Let go and transmute all the impulses that you receive
from the third dimension that impinge upon you.
Transmute in the Violet Flame every particle of the
experience, transmute.
Clear and transmute all the desires that are not right
desires.
The only right desire is to know God.
Transmute all the glamour, illusion, distractions and
hatred around you.
Transmute all upheaval, accidents, anger, distrust and
violence that impinges upon your emotional body without
you even realising it.
Now release all this into the Violet Flame.
Transmute all the negative thought forms that are
hanging onto your mental body.
Transmute all the belief systems and thought structures
that are no longer of any use to you.
Transmute all the belief systems you have about God,
this society.
Transmute the fact that you have given your power away.

You were given that power as a gift from your Creator: a

manifestation.

an enormous jigsaw puzzle and every one has his/her

Know then that you are a specialist in Light Synthesis
What does this mean? Light Synthesis? It is the
integration of Light into matter. That is what you are

Working with what is called the Great Experiment on this
planet Gaia is your job.
This planet was to be a showpiece in the Universe; many
species and streams of consciousness are represented
here on this planet. It was meant to be the Garden of
Eden in this Universe. It was called the Great
Experiment, as a unique gift from the Creator; Humanity
was given free will. When I say free will, I must explain
this. This was an experiment to see how Humanity would
evolve to the Light, using free will. This is unique and had
not happened before. True free will means the gift of
using Divine Will and that is to know God. The free will of
the soul really is to know God. When I am at this time
speaking of free will of Humanity, I am really speaking of
free choice. You surrender to God using your free will.
All of you present in this room, at a higher level, have
surrendered your free will to your Creator.
By surrendering your free will you have gained freedom.
Freedom from the Wheel of Rebirth, freedom from
incarnation into matter.
What you are doing here is a volunteer job, so to speak!
What you are doing here is fulfilling your service to your
Creator through an agreement that you made long ago:
that you would assist in bringing this planet and its
Humanity to the Light.
Please consider the fact that you are not a beginner. You
are not inadequate, unworthy, unloved and incapable. You
all have had quite a few incarnations on this planet. When
you incarnated into density the veil of forgetfulness was
drawn. You have forgotten that you came from the
Heavenly Realms. You have forgotten that you are a being
of sublime sovereignty, a co-creator with the
Mother/Father God. You became a true believer in the
Illusion and by incarnating into density you ran the risk
of becoming enmeshed in karma, cause and effect. And
you did. This incarnation has great purpose: it is a
culmination of your service on this planet. It is a
fulfilment, working out and transmuting of your karma.
You are a member of a mighty force of Light, transducing
and anchoring Light energy through your embodiments
into this planet.
Truly you are the Second Coming of the Christ, a
collective Coming of the Christ, a collective Messiah.
So here you are in incarnation again on this magnificent
planet and many of you have known for a long time that
you did not belong. You were yearning for truth, true
love, a love unconditional, beauty, integrity, honesty,
courtesy, a Brotherhood of Man. The few memories that
you may have brought with you soon were forgotten
through the disapproval of well-meaning parents,
educators and employers or authorities. You became part
of the rat-race perhaps. You started to trust implicitly in
the impulses of your five senses. Trusting completely in
the science of your mind and the functioning of your
right brain and the poor old heart feelings were
forgotten. If you rely on your five senses only and you
work through the personality only, you are open to
distortion. The true meaning and picture does not come
through. Perhaps you have forgotten that you are a multi-
dimensional being, functioning on many dimensions.
You have forgotten that you are a specialist in Light
Synthesis and that you came here with a job to do. You
do this job so expertly and well.
The success of this mission: the ascension of this planet
to the fifth dimension depends on you doing your job with
your whole heart, your soul and your whole being..
Now you have awakened, you have come to the Light and
your heart is singing, but so very often you are impinged
upon by the collective Consciousness of Mankind around
you.
It is so very often that you wake up in the morning
totally depressed and out of sorts. You know that you are
really not the cause. You are affected by the negative
thought forms of others. You know that you have to be in
the workplace with those who are as yet unconscious.
This is sometimes difficult because many games are being
played.
You might find yourself in a relationship perhaps with
some one who is yet unawakened. A lot is asked of you. A
lot depends on you. You often have to teach others by
example. You often have to be there for another, while
you are rising above the shackles of the physical world.
My friends, all is well. Do not look at your outer world, go
within. Get your message clear. Do the inner work.
Transmute the dross, which is hanging onto you.
Deal lovingly with your karmic relationships. Once and for
all deal with your relationships and transmute all the
negativity, limitation and restriction around them.
Be a beacon of Light and many people are attracted to
your Light subconsciously and will come to you for
guidance.
You are the great Masters that will lead Mankind to the
Light; leading those members of Humanity who have made
the choice to go into the Golden Age.
Glory Be!
Set yourself a goal. Make a commitment to yourself that
you will witness, facilitate and assist in this major
undertaking and leap of consciousness of planet Earth.
This need not be a grim undertaking.
Open your hearts, dance, skip, play a little bit. Make
yourself a promise: that your journey is one of Love, joy
and comfort, prosperity, abundance, friendship and in the
company of kindred spirits.
This is your due. You are entitled to live in joy and bliss,
surrounded by blessings. This is your true state of being.
Forget about the struggle of the ego. Flow effortlessly
back to your Creator.
Forget the conflict within, the grief, sadness. Feel and
experience the joy that you have within your heart and
allow this to guide you back to the Creator from whence
you came.
My beloveds, have an open mind and a loving heart.
Through forgiveness you set yourself free.
By forgiving you cut the bond that hatred, anger and
unforgiveness creates.
For your own sake, forgive, forgive, forgive!
For giving!
When you are able to forgive another and yourself, you
set yourself free.
Forgive another freely.
Forgive yourself freely.
There is no blame. You are blameless. Others are
blameless.
You are the Master of your own reality.
Look at what is in your own heart, thoughts, spoken words
and actions.
Do they pass muster?
Are they loving? Are they unconditional?
Or are you still working with your own agenda? Put your
trust in God.
When you do this, nothing can hurt or harm you.
We are here to assist you, guide you.
Ask for help.
Ask us to help you to empower yourself.
You are worthy, you are the Beloved.
You are held in high esteem.
Ask the Angels for help.
You can ask for help twenty times a day.
It is given to you.
Clear the access to your I AM Presence, which is your
only authority.
Follow your Light.

ANCHORING YOUR LIGHTBODY

Let us go and flow with life. Flow is a good word, it means
not to struggle upstream, but allowing yourself to flow.
How often do we think that we have to struggle and life
becomes impossible and very difficult.
The negative ego has to allow the flow. Be careful not to
let the negative ego get the upper hand.
More and more we learn that we are the One
Consciousness. Let go of the personality. See past the
personality that you are. This is difficult. You have lived
with this personality for a long time.
The personality is of the physical, the individuality is of
the spiritual.
You do not lose your individuality unless you wish to.
You might see a person, who to your understanding is
self-centred and unenlightened. These negative
attributes are like the layers of an onion, but underneath
there is a spiritual core there, a person who has the
attributes of his/her Creator: Love and Light within. This
person has not broken through yet. See through ‘the
disguise’ that this person is hiding behind. This is helpful
to know when you are dealing with people. There is an
inner core of Love. There has to be. They are creations
of the All That Is! Some people have that inner treasure
well covered up. Then you are dealing again with this
physical imprint that you can see. You take this at face
value and perhaps you can get annoyed or upset by it
Let us do some meditation.
Breathe it all out, all that has been bothering you.
All that you can no longer bear. Things that seem so
unjust, so selfish, so distracting. Know that there is only
one goal. There is only God.
God is All That Is and All there IS.
Say this over and over to yourselves when you feel
burdened or sad. Always act with this enormous truth in
mind. You can not fail when you act with Love in your
hearts. Stay within your power at all times.
Say to yourselves: I AM the Master.
This means that you are in charge of this situation. This
fearful situation is definitely not in charge of you!
MEDITATION
Power is constantly directed at you. This is how you can
do your work in total freedom and Breathe out all that
third dimensional stuff that you have had to deal with in
your every day lives. Whoosh... Just let it go. It is truly,
and you will see this more and more, not a part of you.
Keep yourselves protected at all times. Ask for a shield
of white Light to be placed around you.
Ask Archangel Michael and his Protection Angels to place
a golden dome of protection around you. So that you can
be free of these emanations of negative emotions that
are harmony and equilibrium.
Ask the Archangels to work with you today.
Ask for the energies of the Masters. Let us bring in the

this third dimension as an evolved soul.
When you incarnated into density the veil was drawn. By
purifying your being and clearing the connection to your I
AM Presence you will once again be all-knowing.
In this incarnation you have lived for a long time in the
realm of illusion. You became perhaps for a time a
believer in the illusion. You believed perhaps that this is
all there is. All that I can see around me must be all
there is, and you became totally focussed on the physical
for a little while. When you rely on your physical
existence and your five senses only, you are open to
distortion. Yet, while you were living this life of illusion,
you often had a yearning, a feeling that you did not
belong here. You often had glimpses of unparalleled
beauty. This is the beauty of the realms that you actually
come from. Because of living in the illusion you had
feelings of total powerlessness. Many of you became
disillusioned and even depressed.
My friends, we understand. We are here to assist you to
fully awaken and to help you take your rightful place in
the scheme of things. We do understand that you have a
foot in each camp. You are this multi-dimensional being
experiencing on many dimensions and yet you also are this
seemingly limited physical being.
I wish you to become aware of the powerful being that
you really are. Doesn’t your Bible say:
You are created in the image of the Father?
What do you think this means? Does it means that you
look like the Father? No, it means that you were created
with the attributes of the Father/Mother God, that you
are a co-creator with the All That Is. You are indeed a
being of abundance. You are an eternal soul, created not
born!
I would like you to start exploring the truth and to start
stretching the boundaries of your mind, realising that
there are none! You are a totally unlimited being of such
Light and enormous potential and glory!
You have come here as a Lord of the Light to anchor the

The energies that come from the Godhead and the

You have indeed chosen a difficult task. All of you are so
courageous! It is not easy to live in this harsh learning
school of planet Earth.
Yet this planet is worth saving! It is a planet of
abundance and great beauty, a living library of many
species and streams of consciousness.
Yes, this planet is a planet of abundance. There is enough
for everyone, my friends. When the wars are stopped and
all the monies that are being spent on machines of
destruction is stopped, then you will see that there is no
need for people to go without.
When the people of this planet realise that they are
their brother’s keeper and all the fences and defences
come tumbling down.
Why have this distrust for your brother, just because
he/she comes from another country? Or perhaps he/she
is of a different skin colour.
In the Light there is no division. There is no separation.
We are all one.
We are now coming to a point, my friends, where it is
absolutely crucial to link together all over the world. To
be in contact, to be a Light link, so that we can spin a
network of Light around the planet, like a light web. It is
indeed so very important.

Today is a festival of the Harvest. What is Mankind

Make this your main motivation. Your battle cry so to
speak, so you know that you are not working according to

You know then that you are carrying out the Divine Will

Let us talk a little bit about the main task of a Light
being. This task is absolutely first and foremost your
main occupation: being a transducer of Light energy.
What does this mean exactly? What exactly do we do as
a Light being in every country of this planet?
We transduce and anchor the Light energies that come
from the Godhead.
As you know in the linear year of 1987 the corridors of
Light were opened. From that day on you had full access
to your Source. Be mindful of this fact at all times. You
do have full access to the Source. You do not have to go
through relay stations or mediators.
I AM METATRON
You know then that your first task is to anchor those
energies that are coming from the Godhead. These
energies are then being stepped down by the Hierarchies.
You anchor these Light energies physically and literally
into this planet Earth. This is your first task, apart from
other gifts, talents and experiences that you may have
carried forward in this incarnation.
Please be aware of this important task. With this
fulfilment of this task, as a second coming of the Christ
or as a collective Messiah, you are obligated to your
higher Self to purify your embodiments in such a way,
that you can used to the highest potential as a
transducer or conduit of Light. You task is to make the
most of your occupation as a transducer of Light. If you
were still living in this dense physical body that you came
to this planet with, you would not have been able to do
the job properly. Great changes have taken place.
Physical changes have taken place. Some of you even may
have experienced some discomfort during the body
changes. But there had to be another change taking place
within you. This is the spiritual transformation of your
being. There is actually not a choice that you have.
You have contracted yourselves to your I AM Presence
that you would perform this task in this incarnation.
You promised, that you would serve your Creator with all
of your being, soul and all your might. That you would
serve the I AM THAT I AM. You promised that you would
serve this planet and that you would serve the members
of Humanity.
You promised that you would make yourselves accessible
to be used by the Hierarchies as a sometimes
mouthpiece. So you see that it is a little bit more
complex than you think at first. You have the
responsibility to come to the Light.
You have the responsibility to purify your being to such
an extent that you can be made use of an energy conduit.
To make sure that the highest energies can come through
you without doing damage to your body.
When you start spiritually purifying yourselves, turning
the key, coming into the all-knowing, automatically your
Lightbody forms. Being a Light being, an evolved Soul you
have a Lightbody. You do not have to fabricate one! It is
a natural process
You are living at a point in the history of this Universe,
which is unique. You didn’t come here as beginners, you
are specialists in your chosen field, all of you.
Because you chose to incarnate into density, the veil of
forgetfulness was drawn. This happened automatically, it
also made it bearable for you to be here on this
dimension. Yet, for some of you it was a great burden to
be in this third dimensional reality.
You have all been encoded with the knowledge that you
are going to need.
More and more I would wish you to depend on your I AM
Presence.
Do not think of yourselves of the I AM and I.
Bring this energy of your Higher Self in. This is an unique
event on this wonderful planet Earth. You are mastering
and in many cases re-mastering and staying on in the
physical body to continue your work.
These events are observed with great interest all over
the Universe.
This planet Earth indeed is a planet worth saving. It is
indeed a jewel in the crown of the Creator. It is a living
library of all living species of consciousness, coming
together on this planet. it certainly has been a great
experiment. The experiment of free will. You might think
what is so important about this little planet. It is a planet
of great importance.
Let us realise that the I AM is you. It is not the I AM
and you. Bring in this energy. Realise that you are truly
magnificent, that you are truly enlightened that you are
truly empowered. Allow the last vestiges of the illusion
fall away. Shine your star with such magnificence. Know
that nothing can stop you. Release that ancient fear and
go forward.
You are now among those that are assuming and taking on
the mantle of leadership and responsibility.
Place this mantle across your shoulders.
Does it fit you?
Place this crown of glory on your head
with it comes the rod of power.
Take full possession of these attributes of power.
Be fully the Master that you are.
Stay within this Mastery.
Centre and be open to the guidance from above.

MEDITATION BRINGING IN THE BLUE LIGHT

Breathe deeply.
Breathe out all stresses you may have.
 Breathe out all burdens, whether they are imagined or
not... As we breathe deeply in and out we are already
starting to feel freer within ourselves and realising that
all the burdens and all the conflict is never without, it is
always within.
Whatever manifests itself to you as problems, fear and
obstacles is actually your conflict within. Do not blame
the person or circumstances triggering you, look at the
conflict within and say; ‘what is there within me that
needs to be released?’
When you look at this fear with courage and
determination, it will dissolve.
Anything that is not of God is Fear!
You cannot blame anything or anyone for your conflict.
All fear is conflict within. All fear can be transmuted.
Experience this.
Visualise the Violet Flame, expanding, expanding,
expanding... right around this room, around this group...
until it becomes a vortex of brilliant Violet transmuting
energy... Allow yourselves to be in this wondrous energy
and let it all go to be transmuted...
Breathe out anything that is not of the purest flame of
Light... any niggle, burden, problem, confrontation,
conflict or worry you may have.
 Breathe and release and know that the Violet Flame is
right around you like an enormous cocoon of Violet Light.
Just sit in it and transmute...
Ask for the assistance of the Archangels:
Khamael on the throat and the heart chakra,
Michael on the solar plexus,
Auriel on the right polarity (hip),
Raphael on the left polarity,
Gabriel on the base chakra.
Ask Sandalphon to help you ground with your grounding
cord.
I, Metatron shall be working with the third eye and the
crown chakra.
Bring in now the Twelfth Ray, the golden/white Light.
Build this into a enormous tube of golden/white Light,
going around the group, building up its intensity, until you
are sitting, as a group, in your group consciousness in an
enormous tube of golden/white Light, straight up to the
Source.
Purify all your five body system, allow it to be charged
with the Light... your physical, etheric, emotional, mental,
spiritual bodies, turn it into a body of Light...
pause... and when you breathe... breathe right through up
into the Source...
Stand in the Transformational Fire of Light...
The Transformational Liquid Fire of the Source...
be totally cleansed and purified....
anything that is not of the purest Flame of Light
is consumed by this Liquid Fire of Light of the Source...
pause...
See yourselves as the true Essence of God that you are
NOW...
You now know, without a shadow of a doubt, that you are
pure God Essence.
You are pure...
There is no sin...
This is truth...
You are the I AM That I AM...
When you stand in your purest form of God Essence...
Allow the Blue Light of Creation to pour through you...
Fill this whole conduit, this whole tube around you
with the Blue Light of Creation...
Allow it to flow through your conduit
and anchor it into this planet....
To anchor this Blue Light is indeed a sacred task...
Anchor it every day when you meditate...
Feel it flowing through you...
Anchor this energy to the Glory of God...
Everything you do is to the Glory of God...
Your whole existence is to the Glory of God...
Your service is to the Glory of God...
Every breath you take is to the Glory of God...
God is All That Is...
God is All There Is...
Rejoice...
Live in the Greater Light of your Creator...
Come back when you are done...
Come back to this room...
Come back to your body...

ABOUT THE AUTHOR.

My embodiment originally came from Holland, although I
AM a citizen of the Universe.
My physical father was an Elohim called Ruah Mah.
I migrated to a wonderful country called Australia many
years ago. I live quietly with my two canine companions in
a little country cottage in the Dandenong Hills on the
outskirts of Melbourne Australia.
I am a Naturopath (retired), spiritual teacher and healer,
poet, channel and publisher. I have a nursing background
and I have been involved with Spiritual Healing since
1973. For six and a half years I was one of the assistants
to a deep trance Healer in Sydney. The Ascended
Masters worked through him and with him. This was my
apprenticeship as a healer.
As a child I had glimpses of the beauty of the spiritual
realms and when I was thirteen years of age I
remembered about reincarnation.
In 1972 I found out Who I AM and That I AM. This was
very bewildering as I found out that I came from another
planet called Sirius B, the Blue People! I had nobody to
talk about this very strange fact, so I stayed in hiding
for a very long time. I decided to put a reserve sticker
on this information and to just walk the spiritual path.
Just in case it was not true and I was suffering from
feelings of grandeur! Or maybe I was going mad! I now
know that it is not so uncommon to come from elsewhere
in the Universe!
So I walked the path, learning and learning and falling on
my face from time to time. I had to learn detachment, as
my whole family turned against me. One of my children
advised me to go to a psychiatrist! She is awakening
slowly. I can laugh about it now!
In 1973 I read the wonderful book ‘The Unveiled
Mysteries’ by Godfre Ray King and from that time on I
started to bring in and work with my I AM Presence.
In 1983 I started channelling through my writing and in
1987 I started voice channelling
I channelled the Alpha and the Omega and the Cosmic
Master Ra.
Ra was my Spiritual Teacher and Mentor. My first
contact with Him was in July 1972.
I first became aware of Alpha in 1973. Alpha would come
in from time to time and check on me. I fond this very
strange and jokingly called Alpha my supervisor.
Alpha and Omega (I found out later) is an Creator God,
the Logos of this Solar System. On the 24th of
December 1992 Alpha “walked in” and Ra retired. I was
on my own or so it felt. In 1995 I went through the
Planetary Ascension process and started to bring in my I
AM more fully.(re-ascended).
In 2001 I cosmically re-ascended as the Alpha and
Omega to establish the blueprint for Cosmic Ascension.
The Planetary and Cosmic blueprint for Ascension had
been deliberately destroyed at the time of Atlantis to
keep Humanity in a limited state of consciousness and
enslavement.
I AM a channel and scribe for the Cosmic, Angelic and
Planetary Hierarchies in my teaching, healing and writing
work.
I assist Fellow Light beings in their preparation for their
journey into the Light.
