a) What do you sell?
I will provide health food in university cafeterias which is tasty and affordable.
b) How is it manufactured or made or produced?
It is made with fresh produce. There are different dishes based on their ingredients. It is produced at
the kitchens provided at the cafes.
c) Which suppliers, manufacturers and/or partners are essential to delivering the product or service to
customers?
Raw fruits and vegetables vendors.
Meat suppliers.
Ingredients which include all the spices etc.
Cooking equipment.
Gas, electricity.
People at counters.
Waiters.

2) The problem the product or service solves

a) Explain what the problem is.
The food provided in the universities is not healthy it contains fattening ingredients. It is also expensive
and unhealthy.
b) How your product or service solves it?
Our service provides healthy food which is affordable, so it is actually the best because it cover all the
requirements of a healthy meal.
c) What are its benefits?
It keeps your body health and your mind alert.
It is not expensive.
It is healthy.
 d) Which are its unique features that differentiates it from others?
It is not fattening. It is affordable. It contains the right amount of nutrients which are required for a
healthy human being.

e) Why your solution is better than the others?

My solution is better than others because it covers the maximum amount of people because the youth
in Pakistan is 60%. It would be a great step towards a healthy population. Plus, it will create a sense of
healthy eating in the youth.
3) How you will price your product or service
a) Describe the pricing, fee, subscription or leasing structure of your product or service.
I will provide food which will have a specific weight and the price will be according to that. The max will
be 80 ton 100 rupees per meal.
b) Are you on the low end, mid-range or high end?
I am on mid-range.
c) How will that pricing strategy help you attract customers?
That price of my items will not be as expensive as of other healthy foods that are sold in the market.
It is less than that plus it is available in universities so everybody needs to eat at least one meal in
universities every day.
