With reference to your email enquiry dated August 06, 2018 regarding requirement of Clarifier,
Flocculator & Flash Mixer a/c Dombivali & Badlapur project, we are pleased to submit our

1. Secondary Clarifier Mechanism: SPC – B

 Peripheral driven Clarifier mechanism to suit client’s RCC tank consisting of:
 Turntable in CI with Bronze Liner Construction suited for oil bath lubrication.
 Turntable template in MSEP construction.
 1200mm wide Traction Bridge spanning the radius of tank with MSEP Chequered plate and
tubular hand railing of 32 NB pipe in SS 316 construction.
 Traction Carriage in MSEP Construction.
 Traction Wheels in Cast Iron with Polyurethane lining construction with Shafts / Plummer
Blocks / Bearing assemblies.
 Geared Motor with TEFC Prime motor suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz A/C supply, IP 55,

2. Mixers:
 Flash Mixer with MSEP Base Frame support to suit client’s RCC tank comprising of the
following:
 Geared Motor of 100 rpm approx. output speed with TEFC prime motor suitable for 415 V, 3
phase, 50 Hz A/C supply - IP 55 construction-Class F insulation.
 Output Coupling assembly in CI construction.
 Solid Shaft with Pitch Blade Turbine / Propeller type impeller in SS 316.
 Hardware for above water parts in GI construction and wetted parts in SS 316 construction.
Operating Speed of the Mixer Impeller: Approx. 100 rpm

Notes:

1. All mild steel parts shall be sand blasted with total DFT 250 microns.

4. We have not received any Tender Specs. & Drawing and hence in case of any change in
Applicable Design, Size, MOC, design parameters & Technical Specification corresponding
cost escalation shall be levied on you which may please be noted.

1. Civil construction (RCC) & Access steps.
2. Cabling, Control Panel, Electrical and Instrumentation.
3. Sluice Valve, any type of piping arrangement & Trolley.
4. Control panel & TSDP (Telescopic discharge)

COMMERCIAL TERMS

1. Validity: Prices are valid for 30 days from now.

2. Prices: Are Ex-works Indore & exclusive of taxes and duties and are in Rupees.

3. Freight and Insurance: To be borne and arranged by you.

4. GST: Extra as applicable. Present rate is @18%.

5. Delivery: The delivery of material will be Ex-works Indore effected in 18 to 20 weeks from date
of drawing approval or receipt of advance whichever is later.

6. Documentation: We will submit the General arrangement for your / client approval within 2
weeks of receipt of all technical details along with order.

7. Payment terms:

- 35 % advance with order.

- Balance against Proforma invoice before dispatch. (DD charges will be in your account.

8. Inspection: We are agreeable to third party inspection / testing at our works. The parameters for
inspection would be the approved QAP.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING SERVICES OF OUR SUPERVISOR /

REPRESENTATIVE AT SITES LOCATED WITHIN INDIA

If we are required to depute our supervisor or representative to the site either to supervise erection /
commissioning of our product being carried out by the Buyer departmentally or through any other Agency or
to attend to any other specific purpose as required by the Buyer, the same will be offered at extra charges and
as per the terms and conditions as under:

1. (i) A certain amount of minimum fixed charge per visit per person to cover travel charges to and fro the
site including travelling time, all transportation costs and incidental expenses incurred during the journey,
etc. PLUS.

(ii) A certain amount per man-day (of 8 working hours) of actual stay at the site including the holidays and
the days not worked because of any reason whatsoever. This charge covers lodging & boarding, traveling to
& fro to site from hotel, communication & reporting to office, salary and company overheads.

The amounts for (i) and (ii) above will generally be as under:
- Fixed charge @ Rs 3500 per visit for distance within 500 Km from Indore/Chennai.
- Fixed charge @ Rs 5000 per visit for distance above 500 & upto 1000 Km from Indore/Chennai.
- Fixed charge @ Rs 7500 per visit for distance above 1000 Km from Indore/Chennai.
- Variable charge @ Rs 3000 per day if all the charges are to be borne by us.
- Variable charge @ Rs 1500 per day if lodging and boarding is arranged by the buyer.

2. Our supervisor or representative will start from Indore/Chennai only after the Buyer remits as
advance a minimum amount of Rs 10,000/- payable against condition 1(i) and 1(ii) above. The balance
amount shall be paid latest within 10 days from the date of our submitting the bill / invoice for the same.

3. In case the services of our supervisor are required for supervising the erection, he will start from
Indore only after the Buyer confirms in written that the site is completely ready with accessible roads and
the necessary civil work with recesses, pockets, operating platform etc. as per our drawings and also with
the necessary materials, tools, tackles, machinery, equipment, skilled/unskilled labour etc. In case the
supplied product needs electricity to operate then the buyer should also confirm availability of the same.

4. Wherever the Buyer has agreed to avail of our services for supervision of erection / commissioning,
we will submit a “Service Call Letter” to the buyer. This should be filled by the buyer and sent to us to
enable us plan deputing our supervisor for service. From the date of our acceptance of the service call
letter please consider a minimum period of 3 weeks for our supervisor to reach the site.

5. In case our supervisor / representative is required to visit the site for more than once his subsequent
visits shall be charged either at the same rates as stated in para 1 above or at the revised rates, if revision in
rates is found necessary by us. Subsequent visits will be arranged only after the Buyer agrees in writing to
the revised rates, if any, and provided the Buyer again remits in advance, the necessary amount towards
minimum fixed travel charges and also if the Buyer has already paid us the outstanding balance, if payable
against our previous bill for the services at site.

6. In case the Buyer and/or his contractor is unable to provide a competent person or mechanic who
can understand and properly carry out the instructions of our supervisor and as a result if we are required
to depute to the site any assistant or mechanic to assist our supervisor, his services also shall be charged at
the same rates, terms and conditions as stated above, in addition to those of our supervisor.
7. If our personnel are required to stay idle at site without being busy, due to any lacunae at site or due
to any reason, they shall be at liberty to return to Indore of their own. They will be deputed again only after
the Buyer confirms that the reasons, because of which they had to remain idle at site, have been completely
removed. The period of their idle stay at site, shall also be charged at the same rates and conditions as
stated above.

8. The services of our supervisor/representative shall be charged on per day basis per person as quoted,
for all the days they are required to stay at site including the holidays and days not worked because of
any reason whatsoever.

9. The service charges as stated above are exclusive of service tax or any other tax to be imposed by
the government. These taxes shall be charged extra at the rates as applicable at the time of raising our bill /
invoice.
