The heads of the Institutions, office bearers of Students’ Union & Dramatic
Society are cordially invited to represent this mega festival.
Reception
Out station delegates should reach Puri by the morning of 06th January 2020
positively. Special reception Counters will be kept open at Railway Station and
Bus Stand, Puri to receive our dear delegates.
Registration
The registration of the out station delegates will be made lastest by
09.00 A.M. on 06th January 2020 at Pourasadan, Puri. The local
participants should reach Poura Sadan, Puri. at 09 A.M. on 06th January
2020 for registration. Each participant has to submit Rs.300/- towards
registration fee.
Lodging & Boarding
Out station delegates will be provided with free lodging & boarding
facilities during the festival. Local participants will be given Lunch &
Tea.
Instructions
* Each team shall comprise of maximum 20 participants along with a team
manager (a faculty member or an officer of equal rank)
* Institution’s Identity Card and Entry Form duly filled in are to be submitted at
the time of registration.
* Participants shall be allowed to take part in maximum five individual events
and one group event.
* Participants are required to report at the competition venue 30 minutes before
the scheduled time.
* Participants shall abide by the rules & regulations and shall maintain the
discipline and decorum of the festival.
