This matter came before the Cri
Commission (the Commission) at a public meeting on October 31, 2019 in St.
Augustine, Florida. Itwas alleged by Administrative Complaint that the Respondent
had violated specified sections of Chapter 943, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 11-27,
Florida Administrative Code. Subsequently, the parties entered into a Stipulation
and Settlement Agreement, which was presented to the Commission for its
consideration in accordance with §§120.569 and 120.57(2), Florida Statutes. The
Commission, having read and considered the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement,
having reviewed other documents in the case file, and being otherwise fully advised,
finds that:
4. The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the parties
to this case.2. Theentry of this Final Order and the Respondent's full compliarice with
the terms and conditions of the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement will conclude
the administrative proceedings in the above-styled case.
The Respondent having agreed to the terms set forth above and having
entered into a Stipulation and Settlement Agreement that memorializes those terms,
itis therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
4. The above-referenced Stipulation and Settlement Agreement is
approved, adopted and incorporated herein by reference,

3. This Final Order will become effective upon filing with the Clerk of the
