Subsequently, the parties entered into a Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, which was presented to the Commission for its consideration in accordance with §§120.569 and 120.57(2), Florida Statutes. The Commission, having read and considered the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, having reviewed other documents in the case file, and being otherwise fully advised, finds that: 4.
