❏ Amplify is not taking place in its usual time and place.

❏ I will arrange for my son/daughter to be at the Billabong Community Centre by 7pm to carpool
with the other leaders and youth

❏ The excursion will be held at Ikea, Innaloo

❏ Leaders/volunteers will be the main mode of transport (all of whom are fully licensed drivers)

❏ The event will be finished by 9pm and we will be returning back to the Billabong by 9.30pm
