❖ I Job Depot Consultancy - Senior Consultant - Project - Capgemini (May 2019 to present)
- Client: Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), E2 Campus.
- Working as Storage Support Engineer - HPE 3PAR StoreServe Deployment & Service planning
- Upgrade, update, deploy, manage, install and configure the HPE 3PAR OS over the Storage Arrays.
- Plan, schedule and support the Deployment/Upgrades using different tools internally.
- Provide support to the clients of HPE Storage all over the globe.
- Support provided through MyRoom remote tool or Deployment manager tool.
- Also provide Host reviews (VMware, Citrix, HP, Azure, AWS and Windows Hyper-V)
- Hardware related review/t-shoot/break-fix of different Data center hardware devices like HPE 3PAR storage

❖ Technosoft Corp - Application Support Engineer L2 - Dell-EMC Project (Aug 2018 - Apr 2019)
- Worked as L2 Analyst for IT App Management of Dell-EMC’s internal Sales support Application ‘MySales App’.
- Support the users of the mobile app on 2 platforms - Apple iOS and Android.
- Handle incidents and requests through either through chat or mails (calls only on Skype for Business).
- Incidents managed through ServiceNOW.
- Check AD and LDAP (DIAS) profiles for authentication issues of the MySales App.
- Fetch LDAP authentication failure logs through SPLUNK.
- Check MySales App user’s feature of Contact through SFB/Lync option by adding SIP address into the Profile and
configuring the same through LYNC Server 2013 console tool.
- Guide users from the installation of VMWare Airwatch/Intelligent HUB/Workspace ONE > Enroll device > Install
MySales App > configuration > education and make the user understand through the app.
- Troubleshoot MySales App issues and queries related to SalesForce (SFDC) profiles, run predefined SOQL queries
on Workbench (SFDC test app) and also check the MySales App’s internal API’s status through Postman
application.
- Create TASK’s within INC and assign to the teams depending on the API’s supported which run inside the app.
- Generate weekly and monthly report in ServiceNOW.
- Coordinate with the Dev and L3 teams on functionality testing and also analyze and share technical issues of
MySales App before the new version release.

- Troubleshooting and maintaining user issues/Queries related to desktop/laptop.
