Preamble
This course introduces the complexity of e-commerce and its facets. It explores how e-business and e-
commerce fit together and identify the impact of e-commerce. It helps the students to identify the main
barriers to the growth and development of e-commerce in organizations.

Objective of the course


To introduce the students the basic concepts of electronic purchase and various payment schemes over
a secure layer.
Expected Outcome
On completion of the course, the students will be able to
1. Create an online website for purchase
2. Perform all validations for the payment with appropriate security measures.
