Describe and explain different stage of frog life cycle.

 She makes the students clap their hands
when someone answer correctly.
 She uses motivation words for the
students like good job, excellent work.
 Star of the week: she uses it to control the
students during the lesson. She can
improve this strategy by putting some
gifts to motivate them.
 There are no special needs in this class.
 The emergent group was the students will
match the picture cards with the right
vocabulary cards.
 The development group students will draw
and glue the frog life cycle in the plate by
using the colours and glue.
 The master group students were cut the frog
and write and draw the frog life cycle in the
tongue in order.

As my first evaluation was, I set with my colleague Maryam I has with her a beneficial experience for me
and her, Maryam was very excited to show me her best useful methods and modern strategies. We were
very satisfied during Maryam's class.

When I discussed with Maryam, she understood and directed my opinion and then we helped each other
with thinking and research to develop the lesson better for the future. At the beginning of my discussion
with her, I told her about her strengths in the lesson and her weaknesses, and how we can develop it
together. So, It was a beautiful experience I learned a lot of serious methods from the lesson.
