NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed item-wise (Two Bid System) Tenders are invited from experienced firms/Contractors who have
registered with PWD/CPWD/Public Sectors & Govt. undertaking and who are having experience in maintenance of
office buildings and residential quarters of similar nature, for the following works for the period from 1.07.2010 to
31.3.2011 (9 months) :-

Conditions:-
1. The tenderers should have minimum three years experience as on 31.3.2010 in
works of similar nature(i.e.ARM works).
2. The tenderers should have successfully completed the following works in the last 7
years: -

3. The tenderer should have minimum in-house manpower to cover the requirements of
the ESIC.
4. Average annual financial turnover during the last three financial years should be at
least 30% of the value of work to be executed i.e. Rs. 11,21,309/- (for Sl.No.1) and
Rs. 4,84,267 /- (for Sl.No.2). Copies of balance sheets, signed by CA, are to be
submitted.

The tender documents can be obtained from Room No.201, Sub Regional Office,
2nd West Street (Opposite Law College), K.K. Nagar, Madurai -20 during office
hours on all working days only. Only the tenderers satisfying the above conditions need
to apply.

The cost of tender schedule/EMD as mentioned above should be in the form of

DD/Banker’s cheque drawn in favour of ‘ Director, ESIC, SRO, Madurai’.
