Product features and Integrations

Campus Visitors Portal

We will integrate your application with the following tools:

● Administrative Login
We will provide an admin login. The admin account can monitor/access all the resources and
records on the platform, whereas the sub-admin accounts will make use of specified resources
made available to them (as mentioned in the SRS).

● Sub-Admin Logins (Gate-Login)

Sub-admins can make entry for the visitors of the campus. They can grant access to the visitors
to visit the campus of graphic era.

● SMS and Email Integration

This advanced feature will function as an integrated marketing/communication tool for the
company with the capability of sending bulk SMS and Emails to multiple recipients with just one
click.

● Live Chat
This feature can be helpful for the sub-admins to directly connect with the administrator.

Export data

This feature can be utilized to provide the visitors record in multiple formats (Csv, xls, pdf etc.).

Visitors once granted access to the campus will be provided an OTP (One Time Password) \upon
verification of which his/her contact details will be validated. Moreover, his/her digital
photograph will be clicked that will be helpful for the person’s identification along with the entry
gate through which the person is entering the campus.

The web application are currently under the designing phase. They will undergo development as soon as
formal agreements are signed and the advance payment is made in the name of Webixun Infoways Private
Limited.

The overall cost for the application development and deployment is a sum of ₹50,000/-
(Exclusive of all taxes).

The AMC for the first year is ₹0/-, afterwards 20% of the project Cost per annum.

18% G.S.T will be charged extra.
