immersion work place is indeed a challenge to senior
high school like me. This set of people is a great

on my stay with Barangay Llano up until I finish all
the necessary works that I have to learn in this On Job
Training.

 Autobiography
I’m Christian Sulayao, Yanto grade 12 in Metro Manila College.

grade 12 Gas Strand and I’m 18 years old. I think im good in

computer and my hobbies are listening music and watching movies
and playing basketball. What makes me special? I think is having
kind of attitude that is being humble and generous to other people
beside on me. And I can handle my own problems or in short I can
solve it with my self and help of lord. I have few achievement since
2016-2019 I am MVP in 3x3 basketball 2016 and Mythical Five 2017
on basketball league and I am achiever in Metro Manila College Gas
Strand 12 2018 -2019. And I’m proud of having achievement like
that because I stand in front of many people and I am proud of it. I
have so many Failures, I’m failure in love and etc. all of people have
an own failures in life but don’t make it big deal to yourself. Make it
and lesson to you and be inspired to make it positive to stand it.
Use for making a perfect people and use it for making a good
attitude to other, when I grade 10 student, I never forget the
moment that I’m a varsity player in my school why? Because that
time so many player that time and I’m the one of it that they choose
to become a varsity player in our school. Someday I want to become
a successful marine or seaman, and be a good model father of my
future family .because being marine is one of my biggest dreams
and if I am a successful marine. I help my family and relatives
because of them I claim my dream in my life. And I know they never
leave me because they are my strength and they make me smile
everyday , everytime and everywhere. Thankyou for reading my

HISTORY/ ITS STORY
Barangay 167 is a barangay in the city of Caloocan. Its population as
determined by the 2015 Census was 53,835. This represented 3.40% of the
total population of Caloocan.

population in Barangay 167 is 25 to 29, with 5,954 individuals.
Conversely, the age group with the lowest population is 80 and
over, with 155 individuals.

IMMERSION

I count medicines in inventory of clinic and

make the list of all patients that willing to
take their medicines. And also i help to measure
the weights and heights of babies that only need
to check up.
My unforgettable experiences during immersion is
to make a time to baby and measure their weights
and heights. And we assign in storage room to
count the medicine and make the list because
they need to list the medicine every we give in
patients and we also try to measures the Blood
pressure of an girl pregnant and old patient
before they go to the room of doctor. And we
assign also in lobby to assist the patients and
give them a check up number because they need to
wait before taking the check up with doctor and
also they need to be measured there weights and
heights because doctor said, and for they health
medicine and they need to know if they are
abnormal or normal. Like I said doctor need them
to take care and we give and check up everyday
also old patients.
And we have fun every day we came to work,
because we spent time for our knowledge and
related to our courses in college. But me I
enjoy the work but my assign work is not related
to my courses in college but I enjoy and I learn
a lot in my work.
I learn how to entertain the co-worker and make
my work proper and this is I treasured. I’m so
happy to assign me in this type of work because
I learn about taking care of a baby patient and
old patients. And also I learn how to use
medicine because not all medicine is already to
take; lots of medicine is needed to check by the
doctor before they give to patients. Sometimes I
try to be like an a doctor but I can’t because I
have lot of work of an a doctor that I didn’t
know so try to be an a midwife in a center so I
can handle it because the work of an midwife is
not really hard but you need to use your body so
after work you really feel tired. They say if
you love your work you don’t feel tired. But
sometimes you feel it but you can rest but don’t
give up because you only tired. Quitting is like
an a loser, continue after you rest. Make
yourself strong and confident. If you really
like things you need to push it to claim. You
need to work hard to make you future bright and
successful.
In our life, I realize that no matter what
happen you need to work to give yourself what
you need. You need to focus, you need to work
hard and love your work. Follow your dreams, and
make it true. If you have inspirations use it to
make your work proper and success because one
day you see the result of your working hard.
Make yourself useful to anything. Do what you
can do make other people proud on you. Make
yourself confident to anything. Give your best
to do it and someday you see the result what you
do. Enjoy the days that you can work, because
one day will come you can’t work and you feel so
tired and your body become weak. And that time
you can only use your mind and heart, love your
body now don’t make it weak do anything that
give your body strong and don’t be stress if you
feel you are stress give time to rest and do
some you feel fun and enjoyable to relieve the
stress.
