This can be achieved only by bridging the gap between the industry and
institution. It helps students to expose and understand industry expectations
from the market so that they can tune to it. this prepares the students to job
market and build confidence.

2. Industrial visit:
It is a part of curriculum in technical and managerial courses. It gives an
opportunity to the students to view the internal working environment of the
industry. It is a value added learning method followed by management
educational students. This visits makes individual responsible for the quality,
legality and ethical integrity of all services and initiatives.
3. Internship:
It is a formal programme by corporate to young generation, where the interns
are taught the work in exchange they have to work for the institution for some
time. Internship can be done on part time as well as full time basis. It gives
hand on experience and exposure to the environment. Some companies even
pay stifund to the interns as compensation to their work done. People who
have a plan to start their own venture can use internship as a path to enhance
their knowledge.

share their ideas and seek some suggestions. During the interviews the
students can share all these experiences which adds value to their profile.

Incubation centre is a hub where knowledge transfer takes place at greater
