Thank you very much for your inquiry.

All Asia Aviation Academy was established in 2008 as the response to the increasing pilot

demand throughout Asia for competitive aviation schools that can provide quality pilot training.
Our vision is not only to operate a flying school but also to contribute to improvement in living
standards of Asian countries as well as to produce high quality young pilots effectively with short
duration to help alleviate the pilot shortage being faced by the aviation industry.

Following the intention of our CEO, Mr. Toru Maeda who is also CEO of KTC holdings CO., Ltd in
Japan, AAA Academy has been providing its pilot cadets with training that meets the highest
standards of excellence and proficiency in preparation for a commercial or corporate aviation
career. As Mr. Maeda is CEO of one of the largest Japanese education company, AAA Academy
imparts the Japanese discipline to its pilot cadets. Students are not merely taught inside the
classroom nor the cockpit, but through the guidance of professionals with exemplary credentials.
They are given the chance to experience first-hand what it is like to become a professional pilots.

With its training facility located in Iba Airport, Zambales, Philippines, as AAA Academy is the only
academy based there, this airport is the most suitable base for basic pilot training. The facility is
equipped with two hangers, flight training centers, classrooms and most remarkably 15 training
fleet. This makes AAA to be able to provide flight training much more smoothly and effectively,
resulting in completion of the training with short duration.

For more details, you are always welcome to visit our office or our facility. Please contact
us for any further inquiries.

Management
Iba airport: Training environment
AAA main base is located in Iba airport, Zambales, Philippines. This airport is an uncontrolled national airport.
As AAA is the flying school based in this airport, our flight training is prioritized unlike other airports, which
makes us schedule more flight training.
Besides, we prepare 12 training fleet consisting of C-152, C-172, Piper Seneca and Tecnam P2006T simply because
AAA motto is effective training with short duration. Our cadets can fly more often and receive the license as fast
as possible.
Moreover, AAA owns its dormitories inside of the airport and provides full-time training, which enables its
cadets simply to focus on pilot training.

Manila: Simulator Training center / Administration office

AAA has its simulator training center in Manila. AAA owns the most advanced flight simulator that is accredited
by CAAP (Civil Aviation Authority in the Philippines) for CAAP official check-ride not only for AAA but also for
other flying schools in the Philippines. CAAP inspectors are also examined on this simulator.
Its administration office is located near CAAP and functions for any CAAP official matter such as
examinations, medical check-up and licensing.
As students have to stay in Manila for any examinations, AAA owns a dormitory right above the office
equipped with the study room. The dormitory is secured by the fingerprint authentication system.
