On many occasions in our daily life, we would go overboard in our behavior and
caused harm to other sentient beings, consequently accumulating bad karma for
ourselves. Sometimes we may even offend spirits, ghosts and demons unknowingly,
whereupon they will cause natural disasters and calamities and chaos to disturb us.
The puja is one of the most effective puja to counter such problems. By requesting
Palden-Lhamo for her help, and upon Her blessings, we can quickly purify all our
negative karma, and prevent any disturbances from the external environment.

Yamantaka Grand Puja for Dispelling of 14/12/2019, Saturday

Black Magic & Curses 3 pm - 5 pm

This is a special healing puja which helps not only in subduing black magic and curses, but is also very beneficial for
alleviating health problems – especially mental-related conditions such as anxiety, depression, or people who are
prone to suffer from nervous breakdowns. It is also a most effective puja for people who appear to be in a persistent
limp state of body and mind to attend. When others bear grudges or hatred against you secretly, and after a
prolonged period of time, it naturally forms into a negative energy against us. This negative force is akin to a curse
and is harmful to us because it makes us feel listless and weak in body and mind. Participants must attend the puja
personally to receive the full blessings and benefit. This special puja is conducted by reciting and meditating on the
practice of Lord Yamantaka which helps to purify all our obstacles. During the puja, the monks will cut broken the 6
colour threads, symbolic of freeing us from all of our problems, worries, illnesses and negative conditions. At that
time we should visualize the Lama as Lord Yamantaka (who is also the emanation of Manjushri), and He uses
Manjushri’s Sword of Wisdom to liberate us from the sufferings of the 6 colour threads.
Tara Wish-Fulfilling For Success Grand Puja 14/12/2019, Saturday
7 pm - 9 pm

During the dharma degenerating times, where the

occurrence of diseases, supernatural harassments,
natural disasters, and terrorism becomes increasingly
commonplace, the Green Tara practice is most
beneficial for all sentient beings. The Green Tara
practice is very effective, it can help avoid and avert
calamities and overcome big obstacles, and is known
to be one of the most beneficial practice during this
dharma degenerating time. This is an extremely
powerful puja amongst all Tibetan Buddhist rituals,
with swift efficacy to drive away supernatural
harassments and destroy black magic spells. The
puja offerings are aplenty, including a huge majestic
palace made for the King, together with servants,
foods, swift horse, jewelry and other special ritual
offerings - and together with the sacred blessings of
the ritual, it would effectively help to pacify all negative
conditions and obstacles immediately.

This puja also enables one to make offerings to repay our karmic debts to our past lives' karmic debtors. Obstacles
caused by demonic forces and evil spirits are subdued immediately when this puja is performed. Black magic and evil
spells are swiftly destroyed, and peace is restored immediately. It is most encouraged that patients who have been ill for
a long time, including those who are in perpetual bad luck or failed business should join in this puja.

Note: There are specific items required for

participation of this puja, you are also required to
bring old worn shirt, some coins and half-eaten biscuit
to participate effectively.

Seven Protectors Blessings Grand Puja -

Mahakala , Kalarupa Palden Lhamo
Namtose Begtse , Setrap & Neser
15/12/2019 Sunday 3 pm - 5 pm,

Specially bestows good luck and protection

Due to the innate differences among all sentient beings, the Buddhas manifested into various forms to suit different
needs, one of such being the manifestation of wrathful Protectors, also known as Dharmapalas. Though wrathful in
appearance, Protectors are actually full of compassion and loving kindness for all beings who are trapped within
this uncontrolled cyclic existence of sufferings. Protectors manifest a wrathful form towards the three poisons
(greed, hatred, ignorance) and all other negativities of sentient beings. Their fierce appearances instill terror in evil
spirits and also serve to remind us of the violence and ugliness of the three poisons prevalent in all of us. The main
functions of a Protector are to avert the inner and outer obstacles that prevent practitioners from gaining spiritual
realizations, and to arrange all the necessary conditions for their practice. Due to the ripening of our negative
karma accumulated previously, various obstacles will arise to hinder us. Protectors utilize the most immediate
means to prevent the most immediate troubles. When one is practicing Dharma well, Protectors will follow closely,
blessing and guiding you wherever you are.
White Umbrella Goddess 15/12/2019 Sunday, 7 pm – 9 pm
Grand Dispelling and Subduing Puja

White Umbrella Goddess - Asuras and gods reside in the

region between the God and Demi-God realm (within
samsara). There is wish- fulfilling tree at the region –
whenever the gods run into any difficulty, they would pray
to this tree and their wishes will be fulfilled. This has
however, incurred the wrath and jealously of the Asuras,
and in a fit of hatred, raged attack towards the god realm.
Not wanting to suffer defeat, the King of the God realm
quickly approached Lord Buddha Shakyamuni to seek
His blessings. At that moment, there shone a bright
white light from the crown of the Lord Buddha. And it
manifested into the intrepid and powerful White Umbrella
Tara. With the pure merits of Lord Buddha, the White
Umbrella Tara emanates a thousand arms and a thousand
eyes, blessing and saving all the harm of the gods.
