Kindly clarify if DMRC accept email based communication as part of official mode of communication for this

project?

Kindly Clarify that Whenever DMRC issues instructions to DDC, would it be always be paper based or it could
be on email or verbally. Is DDC bound to consider the email/verbal instructions official?

The Clause C2.4 of ITT requires the Tenderer to submit proof/undertaking of GST registration in Patna .
Kindly review this clause.

The Clause C2.6 of ITT : It is unclear whether DMRC will deduct TDS on Fee amount or over FF+GST?

The Clause F5.1 of ITT requires 10% of the contract price as Performance Security, but that amount
also includes GST, we request DMRC to kindly consider taking Performance Security on fee amount and not
GST?

DMRC is kindly requested to consider to include a clause that will enable to partially release Performance
Security incase the project completion date is delayed on account of Contractor performance.
Also the terms related to the release of Performance Security are not seen.

Clause 2.1(a) of Scope of work requires “Proof checking of all the temporary structures”. Kindly clarify
which temporary structures are being referred to here.

Clause 3.2 of GCC mentions a condition mentioning Fare paying public & E&M systems, those are
applicable for a station Project and not the present scope. We request you to please review this clause
