Good evening your honor, ladies and Gentlemen.

Today we raise the issue for our debate with

regards on why defendants should be convicted of murdering Mr. Roger Whetmore.

We the affirmative side believe that this statement is true.

Your Honor, Mr. Whetmore died in vain when these defendant murdered and disgustingly ate
Him. Ladies and Gentlemen I will be presenting 3 points on why it is beneficial that defendants
should be convicted of murdering Mr. Whetmore

First. Because it violated the statutes.

In the light of applying statutes. SEC 12-A of the Consolidated Statutes of Negwarth provided
that “WHOEVER SHALL WIILFULLY TAKE THE LIFE OF ANOTHER SHALL BE PUNISHED
BY DEATH”.

We the affirmative strongly believes that when these defendants murdered Mr. Whetmore, it
impliedly resulted to act of “Wilfully taking of life”. Because out of their self-interest they
benefited from it. Therefore as a consequence of their acts these defendants should pay for it.

Second. Because risking of one’s life in a group spelunking is not required.

As discussed by Professor Thri that, a person is expected to support others in times of danger or
emergency arises, when he decided to join a group going to spelunking. However in the
inferred participation in case of emergency one doesn’t require to risk his life to save others.

Third. Because its cause of action violated the principle

Professor Tieu stated that; normative principle on its fundamental imperative of ail; that since
human life exists, it ought to be maintained. We the affirmative believes that killing of Mr.
Whetmore for preservation of these defendants is the only solution. For they could have eaten
some parts of each of themselves body without harming others. Therefore these defendants
have violated this principle.

Your Honor, ladies and gentlemen, in conclusion we the affirmative believes that morality is an
act that benefits many with a justifiable reason in achieving it. Therefore what the defendants
did is murder as a matter of morality because their reason in achieving it is unjustifiable.

There is no such thing as good evil or blackish white however there may be a grayish part in
which we can’t deny that white has been tainted.
