Action Plan: *1 Use a strategy to get students attention while they are on the carpet. *2 some students were confused to understand the concept of addition, I think you sent them to their centres really early before you give enough examples on the carpet. You need to clearly show what addition means and how can they recognize that they are doing addition (the key is with the (+) sign or the word add/more). Also show them the signs of (=) and explain what it asks.
