To approve your shipment we need some information from you:
The submission of the Application Form for the Product Verification Service constitutes the request to
TÜV Rheinland to proceed with the approval service taking into consideration below listed points:

1. It is assumed hereinafter that the applicant has read the PVoC Terms and Conditions of TÜV Rheinland
Middle East which govern the Product Verification of Conformity services provided by TÜV Rheinland
Middle East FZE (available on website as download).
2. The applicant agrees to comply with the product verification requirements of the respective PVoC
program which are communicated and followed by TÜV Rheinland on behalf of the respective
Government Authority.
3. The applicant is urged to provide access with respect to PVoC program-relevant documents, inspection
locations / areas, shipments / products to be inspected, to personnel and their subcontractors to ensure
unhindered product verification services.
4. TÜV Rheinland reserves the right to collaborate with subcontractors for certain tasks. The applicant
agrees to cooperate duly with the respective subcontractor.
5. The applicant commits to use the Certificate of Conformity solely for the purpose it has been issued for and
in such a manner as to NOT bring TÜV Rheinland into disrepute and does not make any statement
regarding its product certification which TÜV Rheinland may consider misleading or unauthorized.
6. The applicant informs TÜV Rheinland promptly about organizational changes that may influence the product
conformity, i.e. modification to quality management system, production process or about a change in the
company address.
7. The applicant keeps a record of all customer complaints made known to them relating to compliance with
certification requirement of their products and makes these records available to TÜV Rheinland upon
request,
7.1 takes appropriate action with respect to such complaints and any deficiencies found in products that
affect compliance with the requirements for certification
7.2 and documents the actions taken.
8. Copies of the Certificate of Conformity can only be created in their entirety or as specified by the respective
authority.
9. It is recognized by the client that the facts and findings of TÜV Rheinland, with regard to the product
verification service, represent the judgment given after due consideration on the basis of the respective
technical standards, trade customs, practices or other circumstances which should be taken into account
and to the attendant limitations surrounding the circumstances at the point of intervention.
10. TÜV Rheinland commits to provide the applicant with requested program-relevant information, to operate
impartial and to handle the applicants’ information confidentially.
