The Call For Human Sacrifice

Imam W.D. Muhammad

__________________________________________________________________

99. He said: "I will go

To my Lord ! He
Will surely guide me!

100."Oh my Lord! grant me

A righteous (son)!”

101. So We gave him

The good news
Of a boy ready
To suffer and forbear:

102. Then, when (the son)

Reached (the age of)
(Serious) work with him,
He said: " O my son !
I see in vision
That I offer thee in sacrifice:
Now see what is
Thy view !" (The son) said:
" O my father ! Do
As thou art commanded :

Thou will find me,

If God so wills one
Practicing Patience and
Constancy ! "

103. So when they had both

Submitted their wills (to God),
And he had laid him
Prostrate on his forehead
(For sacrifice),

104. We called out to him,

" O Abraham !

105. " Thou hast already fulfilled

The vision ! "—thus indeed
Do We reward
Those who do right.

106- For this was obviously

A trial—

107- And We ransomed him

With a momentous sacrifice :

108. And We left (this blessing)

For him among generations
(To come) in later times :

109. " Peace and salutation

To Abraham !”

110. Thus indeed do We reward

Those who do right

111. For he was one

Of Our believing Servants.

Holy Quran – Yusuf Ali Translation -Sura XXXVII: 99 -111

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful; Peace and Blessings upon His Servant
and His Messenger, Muhammad, forever. Amen.

There is no god but Allah; Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.

As -Salaam -Alaikum My Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Human beings are creatures who, by nature, believe in sacrifice. Sacrifice is not
something unique to human beings. Other creatures have this nature, too. A mother dog
will sacrifice her own life for her pup and a cat will do the same thing for her kitten.
Many animals will sacrifice their own life for the protection of their young.

Human beings do not only sacrifice their lives for their own children, but they will also
sacrifice their life for things outside of themselves. A human being will sacrifice his life
for, something that he loves or for something that he fears.
If he cannot deal with the thin] with his life, he decides that maybe if he gives his life to
it, it will be satisfied. Human beings are creatures that, by nature, do not believe that life
is all that they have to give. They believe that by giving their life to a thing they will put
themselves in a better position.

BEYOND THE PHYSICAL LIFE

God did not have to teach human beings a belief in something beyond the physical life.
Human beings believe in something beyond the physical life, by nature. When they
cannot do anything with life, they say that they will "pay the price" with death. They feel
that by "paying the price" they will get some kind of compensation.

This nature, like everything else in use, has to be guided, cultivated, developed nourished,
and raised up by a higher power, by a metaphorical heavenly father. If it does not get his
kind of care, nourishment, and elevation, it will stay on a baby level.

SELF SACRIFICE IN RELIGION

Society existed on a baby level for a long time in the idea or in the concept of self
-sacrifice in religion. The Mayan Indians at Chichen Itza (in the Mexican Yucatan) had a
powerful civilization about ten centuries ago. They had a naturally formed well in their
city which was used as a sacrificial well.

Archaeologists have found skeletons of young boys, all under the age of twelve years,
that were pawn into the well for sacrifice to Tain god "Chaac." With all the knowledge
that the people of this great ancient civilization had, the masses of their people were
obviously still baby-minded. They believed that by sacrificing young boys in the water,
the god of the water would be satisfied.

THE GREATNESS OF HUMAN BEINGS

Some of you would think that a human being would be ignorant to sacrifice his own life
for something as the Mayan Indians and other people have done. But this willingness to
sacrifice does not testify to the weakness or to the inferiority of the human being, it
testifies to the superiority of human beings.

This nature proves that the human creature is so selfless that he thinks something outside
of himself is more worthy of all that he has than is his own individual self. He will give
the best of himself by sacrificing his life to that superior power.

IGNORANCE TO REAL SACRIFICE

Think what would happen if human beings with the nature in them to sacrifice their
all for something they believe in would channel their nature properly. Nothing could
overcome them. It is the people that fear to give their lives that remain weak and helpless
in the society. They can never rise to the top because they do not know how to make
sacrifice.

Almighty God put this nature in us for our salvation, but He did not intend that we
sacrifice ourselves for foolishness. The nature to sacrifice is in the human being. Until his
eyes are opened so that he can see where he is supposed to give that power, he will give it
anywhere. He will give it to anything that makes him feel that it should receive it. He will
give it to his mother, his wife, his children, or to an unreal concept of a god. But he must
give it to something because it is his nature.

WHO IS THE GREATER SACRIFICER

The Caucasian world has presented Christ Jesus to as a Caucasian person on the cross
who sacrificed his life for sinners. Is it such a great sacrifice for a man to give his life to
save the whole world when there are dogs that will give their life to save just one puppy?

There are cats that will give their life to save just one kitten, there are birds that will give
their life to save just one bird, and there are men and women who will give their life to
save just one person. Why is it great that "god" comes and gives his life to save the whole
world?

Brothers and Sisters, the teachers of Christianity have fooled the whole world. It is not a
great sacrifice that a man give his life for the whole world. Soldiers go to war and give
their lives for just one country, not for the whole world. They pay a bigger price than
Jesus paid.

If you give your life for just one country and Christ gave his life for the whole world, you
would be the greater sacrificer because Christ had a greater reason for which to give his
life. If a man or a woman said that they would give their life if it meant saving the life of
just one person, who is the greater sacrificer? The person who would give his life to save
just one person is the greater sacrificer.

THE GREATEST SACRIFICE

Almighty God picked Abraham to stop the practice of foolish sacrifice of human
beings ."to please God." Abraham was ready to slay his own son and had laid him
prostrate on his forehead at the altar to prove that he loved God more than he loved his
own son. Then God inspired Abraham's mind with the understanding that his son was not
the thing that he should sacrifice to God.
There was something bigger and greater for Abraham to sacrifice than his son. It was
something more civilized that would require more ability on Abraham's part than the
"giving" of his son to God. God made Abraham know that the greatest sacrifice for a
human being to make is to sacrifice himself to God.

INDIVIDUAL SACRIFICE FOR COMMUNITY BENEFIT

The ancient sacrificial rituals of the pagans were sincere and well - meaning but there
was a hidden motive in the subconscious mind that made the person a hypocrite without
the person's knowledge of his hypocrisy.

God revealed that weakness of man to Abraham. Abraham slaughtered a lamb (see Holy
Quran footnote No. 4103, Yusuf Ali translation) instead of his son and then he fed the
lamb to the poor. This tells us that sacrifice should be the individual's sacrifice and it
should also be something that will benefit the community. God was revealing to Abraham
that He did not need the flesh of his son, but that the poor brothers and sisters of the
community needed his help.

The real sacrifice of the human being is to get rid of selfishness and the desire to control
all the wealth of the land. He must get rid of the love of holding the reins on the lives of
the people and riding them like horses and mules. He must share his power and his
wealth with his brothers and sisters like the prophet Abraham shared his wealth.

THE END OF MIND SACRIFICE

God was also telling Abraham not to sacrifice a mind. In killing his son, Abraham would
have been killing a mind. God put the mind here to grow, to be influenced, to face
contests, to be stamped on, and to be worked against so that its muscles will develop and
its vision will expand to grow into the fullness that God desires. He was telling Abraham
to sacrifice the powers of the flesh instead of sacrificing (aborting) a mind.

In this symbolic story of Abraham and his son, God is telling us to sacrifice of our own
flesh. He is telling you to live in your physical body and to go through the trials and
tribulations of this world so that you will represent God and truth in this world.

You must pay the price of living in the physical body. You must sacrifice the appetites of
the body Even though the body will want to rest and give in to the forces of corruptible
temptations, you must give your body to God.

ABRAHAM. "FATHER" OF THE NATION

God said that because of Abraham's righteousness He would make him the father of the
nation. The man that has the strength to. pay the price of total sacrifice to the mission of
Almighty God is worthy for the other members of the community to look up to.

Children need an image and they also need a parent that will help them to mold their own
image in the right shape and form. What better image can the whole of humanity have
than one who can make the sacrifice for the whole humanity. Yet that sacrifice is not for
the humanity directly, it is for something bigger and greater than the whole humanity.

It is a sacrifice for the God who made the creation and the humanity, for truth, justice,
and righteousness. "Father" in this sense means model, _ representative, leader, or
example. In ancient history, "father" meant leader. Every father was the leader of his own
family. In social "t language, father meant leader more than it meant what we call the
physiological father. Every prophet that came after Abraham followed in the footsteps of
Abraham. God established Abraham as an example or a model for the whole humanity to
look up to.

THE POWER OF HUMAN SACRIFICE

We recognize sacrifice as the human strength to give, not only death, but to give more
than death. It is the strength to give life for the sake of truth and righteousness so that the
whole society will not live in darkness, ignorance, corruption, poverty and filth. This is a
beautiful sacrifice.

The human family has grown into the knowledge of how to use the power of human
sacrifice (the great power that is in every human being) and we have come to this
knowledge by turning to Almighty God.

When the so-called social reformers of today boast of advocating social reforms and of
teaching the people to help the poor and to educate the deprived, they should remember
that God set a great example of sacrifice for human beings in Abraham.

It was God who provided for the poor and who taught man how to look out for the weak
and the ignorant long before these people came into any political concept of what they
call "socialism" or "communism." Don't give the credit to a nation's political concept,
give the credit to the Creator.

RELIGION: THE SALVATION OF HUMANITY

You have probably heard the opinion that religion has enslaved the masses. Religion has
not enslaved the masses, slave masters and exploiters have enslaved the masses in the
name of God. They did this with a religion (Christianity) that they wrote with their own
hands.
Religion is the salvation of humanity. The evil, satanic powers that wanted to enslave
humanity knew that religion was the salvation of humanity, so they devised a diabolical
scheme. They were not satisfied until they took over religion and presented themselves in
the guise of God. They presented their own philosophy for enslavement of the masses in
the guise of religion.

THE TRUE SUPREME SACRIFICE

Today, we are teaching you God in the reality. This teaching has the power to give divine
life to you and to the whole of humanity. The Lost -Found Nation of Islam in the West
(the Body-Christ) is missioned to give its life, not its death, for the establishment of
Almighty God's truth in the earth. Brothers and Sisters, we invite you to join us in the
true supreme sacrifice.

Thank you for honoring us with your time and to read these few words.
As -Salaam –Alaikum

Your brother, W.D. Muhammad

14. O ye who believe!

Be ye helpers of God:
As said Jesus the son of Mary
To the Disciples, "Who will be
My helpers to (the work
Of) God ?" Said the Disciple,

"We are God's helpers ! "

Then a portion of the Children
Of Israel believed, and
A portion disbelieved :
But We gave power
To those who believed,
Against their enemies,
And they became—
The ones that prevailed.

Holy Quran — Yusuf Ali Translation - Sura LXI: 14

The Wisdom of W.D. Muhammad:

Allah, "Al -Rahman." creates the moral and dignified man through the free giving of His
Divine Word, the Holy Qur'an. He puts the Word of Qur'an in the man and it creates him
in the image and likeness of Divine.

When we say creation, in this sense, we are talking about creation that builds life in a
person — a creation that feels the hardships, the miseries, and the agonies in a person. It
is the human that reaches out mentally and morally to another being. It embraces that
being, not just because it has a beautiful physical attraction but because it has a beautiful
inward attraction. This is our real "life."

The Divine Word of Almighty Allah unlocks the mind, turns the light on in our being, and
makes a spiritual sun to rise within us. It shines upon the dead matter in our mind, our
soul, and our spirit. It causes us to take on form in the likeness of Divine Word which
carries the gem of the Divine Mind.

If you want to be natural, you'd better start loving leadership. A leaderless people are no
different from a headless body. If you cut the head off a body, the body dies. If you cut
leadership off from the people, that people will die as a body.
