ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURAL SANITARY PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL CONSUTANCY FEES

A.1.4) Location – Faridpur

A.1.5) Project type -The project is proposed to be 10 storied building with Ground floor , Parking and
others Facilities . The approximate 75 to 80 percent built up area of Residential Building.

A.1.6 Total Proposed Built Area approximate = 3927.00 Sqft to 4190.00 Sqft .

A.2 ) Design Period

A.2.1 ) Schematic and preliminary drawing = 1.5 months

A.2.2) Construction drawing and documents = 2.0 months

B.1 SCOPE OF SERVICES OF THE CONSULTANT

B.1.1 ) Pre –design ( site analysis. Preparation of schedule of accommodation etc. ), preparation of
schematic & preliminary drawings (floor plans, Elevations, section, perspective views ) and drawing for
submission to local authority for approval confirming to BNBC. ( Bangladesh National Building Code)

B.1.2 ) Preparation of detail Architectural construction drawing & specifications based on approved
preliminary drawings confirming to BNBC, covering all architectural information related to construction
and erection of the project.

B.1.3 ) Co-ordinate of structural and MEF drawings with Architectural Drawings. Co-ordination meeting
to be held on Architect’s office premises.

B.1.4 ) Preparation of structural construction drawing and specifications based on final architectural
drawing approved by owner. Structural analysis and design to be considered by the wind and seismic
load. Structural design and drawing to be completed by ACI & BNBC code.

B.1.5 ) Preparation of sanitary and plumbing drawing and specification base final Architectural and
structural drawing confirming to BNBC.

B.1.6 ) Preparation of electrical drawing and specification base final Architectural drawing confirming to
BNBC.

B.1.7 ) Preparation of electrical drawing and specification base final Architectural drawing confirming to

BNBC .

C.1 REMUNERATION OF THE CONSULTANT ( FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING )

Structural details drawing = 15.00 TK. Per sft

Sanitary & Plumbing details drawing = 7.00 TK. Per sft

Electrical Details Drawing = 6.00 TK. Per sft

Fire Details Drawing = 4.00 TK. Per sft

Say Total fee = 10 x 4000(area )x 50 = 2000000.00 TK.

C.1.2 ) REMUNERATION FOR SUPERVISION AND ATTENDING CONSTRUCTION MEETING BY THE

CONSULTANT DRAWING AND ATTENDING CONSTRUCTION MEETING BY THE CONSULTANT
DRAWING CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT WILL BE AS BELOW :

C.1.3.1 )Remuneration for top supervision or attending construction meeting will be TK. 15,000.00 per
visit by lead Architect or Lead Engineer+ Air fare +rest house /hotel accommodation ( in case of
visit out side of Dhaka and overnight stay )

C.1.3.2 ) Remuneration for top supervision will be taka 7000.00 per visit + AC bus fare+ hotel
accommodation ( in case overnight stay ) per visit by junior Architect or Engineer .

MODE OF PAYMENT :
