your school. Having just graduated with my Master’s degree, I am eager 
to begin managing my own classroom and forming connections with my 
students. Using clever responsive classroom techniques, I can command 
the attention of a classroom, and maintain high levels of engagement 
throughout the lesson.  

Some highlights from my teaching experience include:

in reading, writing and phonics   
● Building a warm, inviting classroom community for all students 
and their families 

I am confident that my enthusiasm and optimism will inspire my students 

to always try their best, and to not be afraid of failure. I will work to reach 
each of my students, making sure that no one falls behind. Through 
differentiation and small group, I will tailor each lesson to target the 
specific needs of each child. I will always encourage families to 
participate in our learning process, and will welcome parent volunteers 
and visitors within my classroom to strengthen the connection between 
families and the classroom. I am excited by the idea of working alongside 
your staff and I look forward to teaching in Arlington.
