John Dalton is an English chemist and state that an atom can be divided into smaller particles
and atoms of the same element can be nearly, but not exactly, the same. Most elements have
two or more isotopes with different masses. However, Dalton’s atomic theory has been used to
explain the laws of chemical combination. Dalton’s model of the atom was accepted for about
