HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE YELLOW RICE

 Yellow Rice
 Ingredients :
 1kg rice
 3 orange leaves
 2 pandan leaves
 Salt
 Flavoring
 Gingger

 How To Make :
 The first you have to do is wash the rice until that you have
prepared. Wash rice until the water is clear. Colored rice
washing. If so, you can set it aside first.
 After that, wash the lemongrass and bay leaves. Then geprek
lemongrass that has been washed
 After all the igredients needed are ready though you can
immediately make yellow rice.
 Prepare tollss to make yellow rice. If you want to be more
pratical, then you can make yellow rice
 Put the rice you washed into the rice cooker. Then add the
blended seasoning to it. Add coconut milk long with enough
water
 After that add the lemongrass which has been crushed together
with bay leaves. Also add seasening to taste. When done, stir
the rice evenly
 Next, turn on the rice cooker and waith a while until the rice
turns yellow and cooked
 Kering tempe
 Ingredients :
 1000 gr tempe
 2 red chilies
 6 chilies
 4 onion
 3 garlic
 3 cm galangal
 4 pcs orange leaf
 60 gr brown sugar
 40 gr sugar
 2 pcs tamarin
 50 ml water
 ½ tspn salt
 Cooking oil

 Blend spices :
 2 red chilies and 6 chilies
 4 onion and 3 garlic

 How To Make :
1. Fry the tempe over medium heat until it is dry and brown in
color, stirring occasionally. Remove and drain
2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil, add orange leave. Galanggal, and
chilies saute until fragrant and then add the finely grounded
spices. Saute on medium heat until the spices turn red
3. Turn down the heat, add brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt,
and tamarin. Stir, allow to thicjy thick
4. Turn of the heat, add the dried tempe and beans. Mix well
until the bottom of the pan so that there is no remaining
sticky sauce
 Fried Chicken
 Ingredients :
 1kg gram chicken
 2 wheat flour
 1 wraps flavoring
 Water
 Oil

 How To Make :
 Dip the chicken in water that has been flavored
 Sprinkle chicken with flour and a little fist so that the flour
sticks with the chicken
 If you want a thick crispy dip the chicken in seasoning water
and add it to the flour again
 Fry the chicken in hot oil until it turns brown
 Remove the chicken if it is brown
 Fried chicken is ready to be served
