December 8, 2019 - Modern Medicine has failed to care for the heart because it has failed to see that the capacity to feel is the
capacity to heal! -

"The Heart represents our basic capacity to care and feel. Inside the purified and free heart is a flow, a river, a current, a passion for
life and a healing power that no medical treatment can compete with.

The greatest force for health is the human heart.

The purpose of our life here on this earth is to contact our being, expand and grow our being by coming into a direct relationship with
the essence of our heart’s true nature. And what is this true nature? The heart is the vulnerability of being."[65]
--

This Blog-writer's father had a second heart surgery that essentially offered the hope of a better quality of life however the better
quality was not apparent from this perspective. This man had a very long history of heart issues originally diagnosed as congestive
heart failure. A psychiatrist said he was suffering from anxiety. Neither the surgeons nor the psychiatrist were able to support a
resolution or even identify what needed to be resolved as the root cause behind the symptoms. Modern Medicine fails to address root
causes of disease because diseases are not presented as meaningful biological survival programs.

Both sisters to this writer also died after radical surgical interventions were performed. The biological themes were suspected by this
writer however that was after their passing. The younger sister just wanted to be with her daughter who had died a year or so earlier
after an unsuccessful heart surgery. One year after the second sister crossed over was when their father consciously embraced his
death, to join with his family in heaven. Modern medicine fails to care for the heart and yet "the heart" is most probably always
included in the biological meaning of virtually every disease!

November 30, 2019 - "Iodine Awareness Week – Antimicrobial Resistance Emergency" -

The CDC just announced that “antibiotic-resistant bacteria and fungi cause more than 2.8 million infections and 35,000 deaths in the
United States each year. That means, on average, someone in the United States gets an antibiotic-resistant infection every 11
seconds and every 15 minutes someone dies. When Clostridioides difficile, a bacterium which is not typically resistant but can cause
deadly diarrhea and is associated with antibiotic use, is added to these, the U.S. toll of all the threats in the report exceeds 3 million
infections and 48,000 deaths.”

“Antibiotic resistance is one of the biggest public health challenges of our time. Fighting this threat is a public health priority that
requires a collaborative global approach across sectors. CDC is working to combat this threat. Find out how you can help.” In reality
they do not want your help and are not working at all to combat this threat and the proof of that is this problem is continuing to get
worse and antibiotic use is as rabid as ever.

Shear medical arrogance will insure that these 48,000 deaths, in America alone, will continue and grow because the CDC, nor any
other medical institution, will look at the non-pharmaceutical answer to antibiotics and antibiotic resistant infections. This week is
Iodine Medicine Week, and for many crucial reasons, the medical profession needs to take a serious look at iodine (also at
magnesium, bicarbonates and selenium because they are important co factors) or history will remember these gathering deaths and
lay them right at the feet of today’s doctors who have lost their ability to think and read without pharmaceutical bias about iodine, one
of the most important medicines in existence today.

The issues we will cover this week is increased environmental radioactive iodine exposure, antibiotic resistant infections, antibiotic
suicide, radioactive iodine used in medicine, which is insane, and cancer. Fungal infections is now increasingly on the radar as well.

On Nov. 13, 2019, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released a report ‘More People in the United States Dying from
Antibiotic-Resistant Infections than Previously Estimated’ warning that drug-resistant fungi have become a major public health
problem. We have heard a lot in recent years about the public health crisis of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, but less attention has been
paid to antibiotic-resistant fungi. In part, this is because fungi became common causes of disease only over the past 30 years. During
this time, the risk for serious fungal infections rose as more people suffered weakened immune systems stemming from increased
bone marrow and organ transplantation, new drugs to treat cancer and other diseases, and complex surgeries. The widespread use of
more potent antibiotics to treat resistant bacterial infections also has contributed by creating less competition for fungi to grow in
human tissues.[64]

The 4th - Diabetes and prediabetes now affect 33-50% of the population.

It did not have to go this way, but here's part of the reason why it happened...

Endocrinology made diabetes all about the hormones and didn't really care where the sugar was coming from. Dieticians thought
sugar, bread, fruit were all important in the diet and kept them all in the diabetic diet and doctors gave medications and insulin to help
manipulate a bad diet.

Medications and insulin do nothing to slow down the progression of this organ damage, because they do not eliminate the toxic sugar
load from our body.

Obesity, Syndrome X, and Diabetes are part of a continuum of illness that may progress to heart disease if not headed off.

In one of my previous webinars called Diabetes is Reversible my co-host Ginney and I showed you how to support the proper
structure and function of your body, so you don't have to experience this downward spiral.

July 1, 2019 - Drug Side Effects Inevitable -

https://www.curezone.org/blogs/fmp.asp?i=1838445 Page 2 of 22
The Failures of Modern Medicine by chef jem 12/8/19, 4:05 AM

A Medscape quiz about drug side effects assured the reader that “All drugs are associated with adverse effects…and…some require
discontinuation of the medication, dosage modification, or other treatment.

In a nutshell that is the downside of modern medicine. Drugs and devices are the only options that doctors are taught and even
though ALL drugs have side effects there is never a thought to finding alternatives that do not have side effects. Side effects are just
part of the picture and to most doctors side effects are acceptable.

Doctors are given a choice of what to use on patients but the choice is limited to using poison #1 or poison #2. What is going on in the
brains of so-called smart people that they can’t see how brainwashed they have become with the drugs and devices treatment of
patients? It’s like a war with an “acceptable” body count and collateral damage. Yet, in the “war” against illness our weapons of choice
are killing us.

The Medscape quiz commented on fluoroquinolone side effects but ignored the tendon rupture and several dozen other symptoms
that people on “floxie forums” list.

The side effect that they wanted doctors to identify for proton pump inhibitors was mild to moderate esophagitis. They failed to
mention the magnesium deficiency and heart palpitations that are actually FDA black box warnings. The side effect of erectile
dysfunction associated with antihistamines was a surprise to me and made me wonder why they are still being sold. Oh, I know,
doctors just prescribe v1agra along with the antihistamines.

Myopathy or rhabdomyolysis is a rare complication of statins but severe muscle cramping due to magnesium deficiency is very
common. The question about myopathy asked what was the least risk for this symptoms and the answer they wanted was low dose
statins. The question wanted to brainwash doctors into not identifying statins as having muscle side effects.

It seems to me that the whole quiz served to cover up the main side effects of drugs and they never even got close to the underlying
magnesium deficiency that occurs with all medications.

Of course this blatant acceptance of drug side effects is the reason I recommend that everyone take enough ReMag so they do not
develop magnesium deficiency diseases that are misdiagnosed as 65 disease conditions that are treated with drugs. Those drugs
can’t help but cause more magnesium deficiency. All the Completement Formulas will assist a person who has developed Total Body
Meltdown from drug side effects. You don’t even have to stop your drugs – until you and your doctor realize you don’t need drugs for
magnesium deficiency symptoms and wean you off!

There have been a couple people in this Blog-writer's family whom he would have liked to have successfully supported their weaning

June 2, 2019 - Healthcare? -

Just today a journalist asked me the following questions for an Internet article.

What’s the future of healthcare?

https://www.curezone.org/blogs/fmp.asp?i=1838445 Page 3 of 22
The Failures of Modern Medicine by chef jem 12/8/19, 4:05 AM

What trends are shaping healthcare in 2019?

What technology will have the biggest impact on the healthcare industry and why does the industry need it?

I am well aware that most journalists are simply in the business of gathering content and don’t really understand what they are writing.
They are part of the unwitting Fake News that gets passed along to the content-hungry public.

For example, do they even realize that there is no such thing as healthcare? Medicine today is Disease-Care and Disease-Cultivation!
Medicine has nothing to do with health. There is no preventive medicine, no nutrition, no nutrient prescribing, no working together with
patients and honoring their desires. NO, it’s all about the tests and the diagnosis. When you have a diagnosis then you qualify for the
drugs and devices.

Here’s how I answered:

Unfortunately, in our current world of modern medicine, healthcare stands for disease-care. Disease-care is ramping up to give us
more vaccines, more drugs, more biologic medicines, more medical technology in the form of nanotechnology with submicroscopic
delivery of nanobots into the body to manipulate enzymes, RNA and DNA. In my view this is not a pretty picture.

Every drug that has ever been invented has side effects and the side effects are piling up. A Johns Hopkins study suggests medical
errors are third-leading cause of death in the U.S. https://hub.jhu.edu/2016/05/03/medical-errors-third-leading-cause-of-death/

So, although medical researchers are all giddy about the advances, unfortunately the advances are not directed at saving lives,
preventive medicine, or longevity.

The World Health Organizations 2019 Health Score puts the USA at position THIRTY SEVEN. We are not a healthy nation and it’s not
going to get better with more drugs.

As I noted above, the healthcare industry is not about health, it’s about the industry. Medicine has become a business and the LCD
(lowest common denominator) is the patient. Until that changes, it’s a disease-care industry.

The Medscape article that I wanted to cite for this blog is “How Much Does Healthcare Influence Longevity?” It turns out that
healthcare only accounts for roughly 10% of premature death, whereas behavioral and social factors account for 16% to 65%. The
results were such a surprise to the authors that they suggested that current healthcare policy and spending in the United States are
misguided because they’re based on the assumption that focusing heavily on medical care is the key to improving outcomes and
boosting longevity. BOOM! Take that Modern Medicine. You are not helping as much as your overblown egos think you are!

DANG, they even said that “A lot of the modeling analyses make the assumption that essentially 100% of the life expectancy is related
to access to medical care.” Wow! Then came the fast footwork when one of the authors tried to reassure the public that “The 10% that
medical care contributes to longevity is important and the results do not suggest the United States should not invest in medical care.”
However “If our goal is to have longer, healthier lives, we have to go beyond traditional medicine, because most of what determines
life expectancy is outside the healthcare system.” BOOM! The final piece of advice: “We need national dialogue not just on healthcare
reform or healthcare spending but on health.”
The trend that I want to see and that I’m committed to is advising people to take the nutrients they need to support the entire structure
and function of their body. We can’t keep dividing the body up in specialties and prescribing a drug for every ailing body part and then
watching the person die of the toxic effects of drugs.

The nutrients to take are well absorbed picometer-sized minerals and food based, organic vitamins. The specific ones I recommend
are ReMag, ReMyte and ReAline!

May 11, 2019 - "Sub Infectious Illness – Restoring Balance" – Carolyn Dean MD ND -

Your body is made up of an ecosystem similar to the Earth’s biological system of well-being and balance – a miraculous, complex
system of intelligent factors all working cooperatively together to produce your wonderful body. Among your 30 trillion human cells live
39 trillion microbes – all of which have impeccably important jobs including the healthy bacteria and yeast that keep you alive and
strong. Healthy bacteria and yeast will help digest your food, deliver nutrients to your cells, regulate your blood sugar, and even make
vitamins and minerals.

BUT if your system gets out of whack through (unmanaged) stress, poor diet, environmental toxins, or nutritional and mineral

https://www.curezone.org/blogs/fmp.asp?i=1838445 Page 4 of 22
The Failures of Modern Medicine by chef jem 12/8/19, 4:05 AM

deficiencies your body may become susceptible to be host to bad bacteria and yeast overgrowth leading to imbalance, sickness, or
disease.

When it comes time to take action and restore the body’s balance, many people will go to the doctor. In my years of working in modern
medicine I have witnessed the same pattern of mis-diagnosis and correspondingly inaccurate treatment plans that fail to restore the
body to homeostasis [balance]. In the big Pharma world of drugs and devices antibiotics and steroids are the go-to solutions for these
complex, naturally occurring imbalances. Unfortunately, repeated rounds antibiotics only make the imbalances even greater and then
become uniquely compounded as nutritional and mineral deficiencies are treated with more and more drugs.

In the current state of modern medicine, people are not getting the proper healthcare. They are getting disease care and it doesn’t
make them feel better. Many individuals can’t afford wholistic doctors or naturopathic care which are not usually covered by insurance.
So they end up using Dr. Google and find health forums where they encounter free advice. It’s like playing ‘What’s My Symptom?’ It
may be completely inappropriate for them but “Hey, it’s free!”

AND, it’s deceiving. Everybody loves an overcomer but at what expense, I ask myself? I’ve read one too many health stories where a
person managed to survive misdiagnosis and mistreatment at the hands of allopathic, alternative and lay practitioners and comes out
the other end alive and in relatively better health after years of experimenting. As I read every step of their journey I’m moaning and
groaning as I recognize magnesium deficiency and yeast overgrowth in each of their layers of symptoms. By the end of the story they
have managed to cobble together a program of diet, supplements, and even accepting the condition without ever getting to the root
cause. Not ideal.

So, what is ideal, you may be asking? Correcting sub infectious disease is a process of incremental improvement and can be
accomplished with the right protocol and lots of patience and self-love. (May 6th) on Dr. Carolyn Dean LIVE I will (talked) about Sub
Infectious Disease – Restoring Balance as well as many other wonderful topics![54]

Comment:
If health can be described as an ongoing state of unimpeded free-flowing energy that is in circulation and harmony throughout one's
whole entire being: mind-body matrix then the need for "balance" can be seen as the body's self-regulating mechanism for the
express purpose of maintaining the state of health as described here. If the perspective presented here is kept in mind when seeing a
medical doctor then one can ask "how is the prescribed treatment going to support the greater balance that is needed now"? If the
individual can self-determine that a greater balance is likely to occur then that doctor's treatment might be a candidate. If not - then
why would anyone deliberately increase their imbalance further? ......... The only way that this writer knows whereby this question can
be contemplated is for the individual to understand how the all-important function of their body's innate intelligence "to restore the
body to homeostasis" needs to be respected and protected by the individual. This understanding could (technically) be included in
required health science classes that get taught in every high school yet apparently is missing! Consequently the gap is being "filled"
with the medicine of commerce. Caveat emptor - buyer beware!

April 17, 2019 - "A Fable of Modern Medicine" - by Jon Rappoport -

Note: This is a fictional look at what, in a half-sane world, would come to pass. The Starfield review, which I cite, is quite real.

Today, on July 4, in celebration of the founding of this country, a mass of medical doctors has suddenly stepped forward to make a
stunning statement. This group numbers in the hundreds, if not thousands (the final tally is not yet in). Here are some of the highlights
of their joint communication, which is intended for every citizen of the United States—

“The pricing of medical drugs is a shameful fact of life. Companies are routinely placing profits over saving lives. This practice must
cease.”

“Many hundreds of these drugs are both unnecessary and harmful. We cite, among other studies and analyses, a review, “Is US
Health Really the Best in the World?”, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association on July 26, 2000, authored by the
late Dr. Barbara Starfield, who, at the time, was a revered public health expert at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. Dr.
Starfield concluded that, each year in the US, medical drugs kill 106,000 people. The medical system as a whole kills 225,000
Americans per year. This latter figure extrapolates to 2.25 million deaths per decade, laid at the door of modern medical practice. No
systematic attempt has been made to remedy this ongoing tragedy or establish culpability.”

“Thousands of unnecessary surgeries take place every year. This practice must cease. It is not only intrusive; it causes great harm.”

“Driven by sheer profits, a massive propaganda campaign has been blanketing the country. The goal of the campaign is to cover up
the fact that building the immune system of every individual is the prime mission of medical help—and that effort is not medical at all. It
involves clean nutritious food, clean air and water, exercise, and other basics of living.”

https://www.curezone.org/blogs/fmp.asp?i=1838445 Page 5 of 22
The Failures of Modern Medicine by chef jem 12/8/19, 4:05 AM

“We regret to inform the public that immunization through vaccines is a severely flawed program, involving the injection of toxic
chemicals and a variety of germs. Not only does this not produce immunity from disease and illness, it gravely harms the body. It must
be stopped. This will take a massive re-education program. We are prepared to help.”

“Why are we, as a group, stepping forward? Because we have reached the boiling point. Because we are guilty. Because we have
violated our sacred oaths. Because we have awakened from the trance produced by our education and training. When we follow
correct guidelines, we can produce much good in the area of crisis/trauma care. But in our day to day work, we deal with many other
factors, and here we are woefully deficient. Supported and backed by medical boards and governments, we have become excessively
prideful and dishonest. What is a return to honesty doing for us? Already, law enforcement officials are hunting our group down and
attempting to prosecute us for speaking out. But this will not work. We are too many. We are resolute. We refuse to do more harm.
This refusal is not criminal or insane; it is necessary…”

Following the issuance of this statement, state and federal attorneys general have denounced these doctors and promised to “bring
them to justice.” Medical authorities have begun an internal hunt to root out “radicals.” But this huge group of doctors have signed their
statement. They are out in the open. What they ask for is the help of the public in avoiding drastic consequences.

In another section of their statement, the dissenting physicians demand this: “Executives and scientists who work for pharmaceutical
companies must share the blame; they must be charged with crimes and tried in courts before juries…”

Perhaps most shocking—this group of defecting medical doctors is growing larger. Buoyed by the presence of colleagues who are
exposing the truth, new physicians are coming on board. They are demanding the rejection of state laws aimed at forcing vaccinations
on young schoolchildren…[51]
--

Comment:
Although not mentioned in the above (highly critical piece by Jon) the keyword here is: conscience - along with its antonym:
unconscionable. The last line in this piece is where this blogger wishes to encourage all readers to take to heart and consider the
feasibility of it in light of its foregoing presentation. If "the rejection of state laws aimed at forcing vaccinations on young
schoolchildren" does not appear in any way, shape or form to be "unconscionable" then I sincerely pray that God help your
conscience! You can stop reading this as of now.

For everyone else - the "rejection" is certainly a possibility and it deserves to be supported by all who still retain a healthy conscience.
This blog author has a number of other blog posts presenting the key nexus that deserves to be known and well understood in terms
of Lawful standing in relation to "state laws." In the most simple of terms the key nexus is that "state laws" can only apply to things that
are subject to state laws. In other words state laws do not Lawfully apply to people who are not subject to those state laws. Who is
subject and who is not subject is the great re-education process that each individual will need to accomplish for themselves to have
the right understanding.

"The right understanding" is and always will be based on the original Organic Laws of The United States of America. In the first
Organic Law: the Declaration of Independence foreign/external government is completely rejected. This is the original decisive act of
the American people to be wholly self-governing and independent of all foreign interests and most notably that in any way impede our
unalienable Right to govern ourselves. In other words we demanded our sovereignty as both a collective People and as individuals.

The second Organic Law is the Articles of Confederation wherein all American people who live on the land and soil of each state can
retain their sovereign independence from government: "the free inhabitants of each of these states ... shall be entitled to all privileges
and immunities of free citizens in the several states"[52] These two Organic Laws continue to be the first two "pillars"[53] (of the four)
of all American Law.

Truth be told - the American people have been lied to by the external government/s most effectively through the government controlled
education system that has dominated society for over the last century and consequently that now includes virtually all of the American
people. Fortunately there have been and continue to be a "remanent" of Americans who through their long-extended dedication,
vigilance and due-diligence have pierced the "veil" of the people's hoodwinking as to who we really are as Americans. These
awakened American individuals include Dr. Ed Rivera, founder of The Organic Laws Institute, Anna Reitz who's articles are featured
at Paul Stamer's site and Alfred Adask all of whom I have provided links to in other posts.

All the issues that I know of regarding unconscionable laws that can be pointed to as legal protection for the injuries that corporations
have had upon people whether they occur in "medicine", in "education", in commerce or in "government" have a remedy by way of
understanding the Organic Laws as this understanding will give the individual the limits of lawful government and the limits of
corporations that are behind all commerce wherever commerce operates. "Medicine" operates in commerce. Government education
operates in commerce. Buyer beware!

January 13, 2019 - Modern Medicine Continues to Fail Without Nutrition and By: "Demeaning Dietary Supplements" -

Report By: Carolyn Dean MD ND - The Doctor of the Future® -

People are still conditioned to trust doctors, so when doctors write articles that say “More Bad News About Dietary Supplements”,
“Dietary Supplements Don’t Prevent Chronic Disease”, “Pricey Pee: Time to Regulate Vitamin and Dietary Supplements”, some
people actually believe them and distrust dietary supplements. The latest article “More Bad News About Dietary Supplements”
assumes that we already know that dietary supplements are “bad news” and buries the coffin a little deeper.

The article focuses on weight loss and body building supplements where drugs and banned raw ingredients are used by unscrupulous
manufacturers. I agree that those companies should not be in business but why paint all companies with the same brush?

Most articles make the following point:

1. A survey by the Council for Responsible Nutrition, found that more than three quarters of US adults reported taking over-the-counter
dietary supplements.

Carolyn Dean (CD): We never learned about dietary supplements in medical school and we were told that if you didn’t learn
something in school, then it’s quackery. So most doctors are afraid of supplements and seek every opportunity to discredit them.

2. The FDA’s legal authority to oversee the supplement industry is far inferior to its power to regulate the pharmaceutical industry.

(CD): Just look how well that’s working with the drug industry and the horrendous numbers of iatrogenic deaths and almost 100 Drug
Recalls in 2018.

3. Unlike new prescription drugs, supplements do not need to be submitted to the FDA for review of their efficacy and safety before
being marketed and sold.

(CD): If the FDA were truly reviewing drug efficacy and safety then drugs would be working and there would be no side effects.

The author of “More Bad News About Dietary Supplements” gave some advice to his fellow doctors to:
1. Counsel patients without a clear medical indication for a particular supplement that they are wasting their money and exposing
themselves to harm from interactions with prescription drugs.

(CD): Where is the scientific proof for those assertions?[48]

Comment: "Science" - What science? Prominent editors of top scientific journals admit that the so-called scientific papers on
pharmaceuticals are most largely shaped by the researchers to fit a desired outcome for the manufacturer of the substance being
studied as these manufacturers are the primary source of financial support through their advertisements in the journal! "Science" is
another industry doing business-as-usual to protect their bottom line. The compulsion for survival trumps every other criteria!

January 23, 2018 - "... A scientist is part of what the Polish philosopher of science Ludwik Fleck called a 'thought collective': a group of
people exchanging ideas in a mutually comprehensible idiom. The group, suggested Fleck, inevitably develops a mind of its own, as
the individuals in it converge on a way of communicating, thinking and feeling.

This makes scientific inquiry prone to the eternal rules of human social life: deference to the charismatic, herding towards majority
opinion, punishment for deviance, and intense discomfort with admitting to error. Of course, such tendencies are precisely what the
scientific method was invented to correct for, and over the long run, it does a good job of it. In the long run, however, we’re all dead,
quite possibly sooner than we would be if we hadn’t been following a diet based on poor advice."[57]

June 25, 2019 - Misdiagnosing Schizophrenia -

Check out this study done at Johns Hopkins where they found that “Half Of Schizophrenia Cases Misdiagnosed, Most Just Have
Anxiety.” Along with a diagnosis of schizophrenia comes the stigma and the powerful antipsychotic drugs. How cruel is that! What is
happening to medicine when a doctor can’t even diagnose anxiety? And how many people are affected? HALF! 50% of people
diagnosed with schizophrenia actually have anxiety!

You may wonder how schizophrenia can be misdiagnosed. One of the authors blames “checklist psychiatry” — doctors using

https://www.curezone.org/blogs/fmp.asp?i=1838445 Page 7 of 22
The Failures of Modern Medicine by chef jem 12/8/19, 4:05 AM

computer programs to reach diagnoses when certain criteria are met via pull down menus — for the frequent mistakes. The authors
believe that doctors should refer patients to specialists for second opinions when making schizophrenia diagnoses.

Personally, I think it’s because some people with anxiety can have depersonalization making it difficult for a doctor to make an
accurate diagnosis. Schizophrenia is a mental condition presenting with abnormal behavior, detachment, depersonalization, strange
speech, and a decreased ability to understand reality.

According to Wikipedia “Depersonalization can consist of a detachment within the self, regarding one’s mind or body, or being a
detached observer of oneself.” And it’s related to stress and anxiety. “…degrees of depersonalization and derealization can happen to
anyone who is subject to temporary anxiety or stress…chronic depersonalization is related to individuals who have experienced a
severe trauma or prolonged stress/anxiety. Depersonalization is a prominent symptom of many mental disorders including
schizophrenia.

So, there you have it – stress and anxiety can cause depersonalization. I do have a concern that people rush to their doctor with any
and all symptoms, which means they can be in the throes of anxiety and exhibit depersonalization and be misdiagnosed as
schizophrenic.

NOTE: I haven’t spoken much about marijuana. I’m really not for it. I’ve seen it be a trigger for depersonalization and worse. That may
happen if a person is using it to calm their anxiety and when they come down from their high, their anxiety is worse, they light up again
and again caught in a cycle of chronic usage and chronic anxiety. This is where I come in and tell people to use magnesium for their
anxiety instead of medicating with anti-anxiety drugs or marijuana.

Magnesium-deficient anxiety can have so many other magnesium deficiency symptoms that it also obscures a clear diagnosis of
schizophrenia. A patient may be twitching and jerking with muscle spasms. They can have insomnia and depersonalization like many
of our customers have described. Their insomnia can cause fatigue, apathy and depression and the whole picture is misdiagnosed.
What can make it worse is the way a patient presents to the doctor. If you go in and say your symptoms are “driving you crazy” and
you “can’t stand it anymore” your doctor may be shocked into asking you leading questions like “Do you hear voices?” If you have a
niggling voice in the back of your mind – like we all do – and you say Yes to your doctor, then BOOM, they diagnose you with
schizophrenia and pack you off to a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist may ask more leading questions and BOOM you are on
antipsychotics, which can cause more magnesium deficiency and more symptoms of mental illness. Vicious, vicious, vicious circle!

Mental illness is yet another condition that may be driven by magnesium deficiency and then the drugs that are prescribed cause more
magnesium deficiency.

I found a journal article “Interactions between Magnesium and Psychotrophic Drugs” online. There are many classes of psychotropic
drugs – antidepressants, antimanic drugs, antipsychotics, analgesic opioids, and MORE. These drugs have interactions with
magnesium that are being wildly misinterpreted by modern medicine. Here’s what medicine knows from their testing: RBC magnesium
is decreased in patients with severe major depression versus normal subjects. During therapy with Zoloft or Elavil for depression, RBC
magnesium increases significantly.

In patients with acute paranoid schizophrenia, RBC magnesium concentration is decreased versus healthy subjects. Haloperidol or
risperidone significantly increased RBC magnesium concentration.

Antimanic drugs like carbamazepine or sodium valproate significantly increased RBC magnesium in patients with bipolar disorder type
I. Increased magnesium status positively correlated with enhancement of the clinical state in all these conditions. The authors
conclude that “data sustain the idea that an increase of RBC magnesium is involved in the mechanism of action of some psychotropic
drugs.”

Lord Sufferin’ Cats! So the researchers think that magnesium helps psychotropic drugs work better! NO that’s NOT what’s happening.
Here’s the truth. RBC magnesium is found to be low in mental health conditions. When psychotrophic drugs are given, they either
directly or indirectly deplete magnesium even more. Since the heart absolutely requires magnesium in order to sustain its electrical
activity, when faced with this additional deficit, stored magnesium is recruited from the bones and muscles to keep the heart beating.
This elevation of magnesium is registered in blood testing as beneficial and said to be a result of the drugs! DANG. It’s the body
desperately trying to stay alive that is increasing the magnesium. And it’s the magnesium that is probably making people feel better for
the 6-8 weeks before the drugs stop working because there is so little magnesium left and the drug side effects (which are really
magnesium deficiency symptoms) build up and the patient often quits therapy. That’s the dynamic I see between psychotrophic drugs
and magnesium.

I’ve reported the above phenomenon many times over the years. I first heard about it from magnesium expert, Dr. Mildred Seelig. She
said she left the pharmaceutical industry when she realized that drugs would artificially elevate magnesium levels and make it seem
like the drugs were working, then eventually the drugs would deplete magnesium unleashing a myriad of side effects.

I’m certainly not saying that with an online supplement company that we are able to work with schizophrenia but I have written

"Modern-day medicine is effective when it is confronting threats that are not complicated evolutionarily, such as mechanical injuries
and some acute infections. But it has singularly failed to address the majority of ailments that now impinge on the world’s population,

medicine has tried remedies from the palliative to the heroic. But cure and prevention have been generally wanting."[2]

February 14, 2019 - "Diabetes is the most searched-for health condition on the web today. ...

... Millions are trying to find out what it is and how to overcome it. However, modern medicine doesn't have time to educate people
about lifestyle and modern doctors know nothing about the minerals that help prevent diabetes.

Instead, they prescribe drugs to force the pancreas to produce more insulin, to try and make cells allow more glucose to enter. Having
been bombarded with too much insulin already, these cells are insulin resistant and won't accept any more glucose. Thus, the cells
starve and no energy is produced and the blood stream is saturated with sugar.

Magnesium deficiency is a direct cause of insulin resistance."[50]

December 19, 2018 - "Fake Scientific Research" - Carolyn Dean MD ND - The Doctor of the Future® -

After my last Blog “The Three Traditions of Medicine” Some readers wanted more information about “Evidence-based clinical practice
guidelines.” Here’s the standard definition: “systematically developed statements to assist practitioner decisions about appropriate
health care for specific clinical circumstances. Guidelines can be used to reduce inappropriate variations in practice and to promote
the delivery of high quality, evidence-based health care.”

I translate “reduce inappropriate variations in practice” as more than just prescribing the mandated drugs but to prevent doctors from
looking outside the medicine cabinet when treating their patients.

What’s the ‘evidence’ that medicine wants clinical practice based upon? It’s scientific research, which is increasingly up for grabs
where “Top Doctors Aren’t Disclosing Industry Ties in Medical Journal Studies.” An eye-opening LA Times article “Science Has Lost Its
Way, At a Big Cost to Humanity” reports on one study. “A biotech firm, Amgen, set out to double-check the results of 53 landmark
papers in their fields of cancer research and blood biology. Only 6 could be proved valid.” YIKES!

The article continues “A group at Bayer HealthCare in Germany similarly found that only 25% of published papers on which it was
basing R&D projects could be validated, suggesting that projects in which the firm had sunk huge resources should be abandoned.
Whole fields of research, including some in which patients were already participating in clinical trials, are based on science that hasn’t
been, and possibly can’t be, validated.”

The financial implications are enormous. “The Economist recently estimated spending on biomedical R&D in industrialized countries at
$59 billion a year. That’s how much could be at risk from faulty fundamental research.”

https://www.curezone.org/blogs/fmp.asp?i=1838445 Page 9 of 22
The Failures of Modern Medicine by chef jem 12/8/19, 4:05 AM

I would have liked to see more coverage of the impact on patients but unfortunately patients are rarely the most important facet in
modern medicine. There is only one mention that “Whole fields of research, including some in which patients were already
participating in clinical trials, are based on science that hasn’t been, and possibly can’t be, validated.”

In my book, Death by Modern Medicine, in a section called “Research For Sale”, I quote the former editor of the NEJM, Dr. Marcia
Angell, who struggled to bring the attention of the world to the problem of commercializing scientific research in her editorial titled “Is
Academic Medicine for Sale?”

The moral of this story? Please stop waiting for modern medicine to “save” you because the latest research on drugs and surgical
procedures are being falsified under the pressure of “publish or perish” and keeping shareholders happy.

October 21, 2018 - Insulin is Running Out! - By: Carolyn Dean MD ND - The Doctor of the Future®

In my last blog I mentioned that the diabetic drug, Metformin, was being promoted as an anti-aging miracle. However the most recent

https://www.curezone.org/blogs/fmp.asp?i=1838445 Page 10 of 22
The Failures of Modern Medicine by chef jem 12/8/19, 4:05 AM

study on the drug found that “Metformin and insulin ineffective in improving beta cell function in kids with type 2 diabetes.”

Another crisis in diabetic care is the short supply of insulin. A Medscape article “Diabetes Patients Beg, Ration Insulin in Deepening
Crisis” highlights the concern of suffering patients. Out-of-pocket costs of insulin range from $200 to over $1000 a month.

Diabetes and diabetic care is a very serious issue and getting more serious because now people who are in need of insulin can’t get
it. But did you know that insulin causes weight gain, which perpetuates diabetes? It’s insulin that responds to sugar and then causes
weight gain. So, if the original enemy is insulin, why are we giving people more insulin to manage their sugar intake when we should
just stop sugar and carbs? (Duh!)

Another article on Medscape caught my eye “The Emerging Role of the Diabetologist.” But I couldn’t bear to open it because there
should be no diabetologists and there should not be diabetic epidemic. Consider this, there isn’t a Nutrition specialty in medicine – but
there are Diabetologists! Doctors are enabling disease, not curing it. (That needs repeating: Doctors are enabling disease!)

OK, that’s enough information – Metformin’s not working and insulin is disappearing! Let me tell you my solution right off the bat. This
crisis presents the perfect opportunity for doctors to take a moral, ethical, effective stance and begin prescribing the Keto Diet and
Intermittent Fasting to their sick and dying diabetic patients! (However that's not going to happen.) It’s a proven solution yet it’s still the
elephant in the corner, under the rug with a gag in its mouth! (LOL) To the Keto Diet, I would add the Completement formulas that give
people the nutrients that are missing from our food supply.

Why isn’t this diet splashed all over the headlines? Instead, here is the latest medical approach to diabetes – giving lots of drugs and
giving them earlier. “Three Drug Combo Stops Progression To Diabetes.” They want doctors to prescribe 3 drugs (one of which is an
injectable) in the prediabetic stage to prevent the disease. What scientific study do they base their recommendations on? (Good
question!)

1. 81 patients were given the 3 drugs and lifestyle therapy. No patients progressed to diabetes.

2. 141 patients were given 2 drugs and lifestyle therapy. Seven patients or 5% progressed to diabetes.

3. They gave 200 patients lifestyle therapy alone. Twenty-one, or 11% of this group went on to develop diabetes.

Let me just do the math here. Of 222 patients given drugs, 7 developed diabetes. Of 200 patients without drugs, 21, or 11% developed
diabetes. And Voila! simply because 14 more patients developed diabetes in the non-drug group – drugs are declared the winner and
doctors will be encouraged to prescribe them for millions of patients. Sorry, but I don’t buy it. (Neither does this blogger!) The numbers
are too low – they could have occurred by chance. Besides, what were the lifestyle recommendations? (More good questions!)
Certainly not the Keto Diet and my Completement Formulas!

Let’s face it, a successful Keto Diet is not going to make anybody any money; it’s only going to make patients well again. And making
patients well is no longer the mandate of medicine. Instead the mandate of modern medicine and modern medical doctors is to push
drugs.

Doctors can go online, just like you can, and find solutions to most diseases – but they are bullied and corralled into “the standard
practice of medicine” and are only allowed to prescribe drugs and surgery and expensive tests that put people on drugs sooner and
sooner!

The only solution is to tell everyone you know who is diabetic or prediabetic to:

1. Take ReMag – and eventually all the other Completement Formulas.

2. Read Dr. Jason Fung’s book The Diabetes Code.

3. Do the Keto diet, which just means they stop sugar and carbs and get well because you stop insulin surges.

4. Practice Intermittent Fasting to lose weight, which is much easier than you think especially when you take ReMag and the
Completement Formulas. (I would add to this a Nourishing Traditions-based diet.)

Use your commonsense and realize that doctors who continue to allow their patients to eat sugar and take insulin and diabetic drugs
are enabling the disease. Continuing along a path that obviously doesn’t work is the very definition of insanity.

Yes, these are fighting words and I’m fighting against the medical tradition that pats you on the head and says “I’ll take care of you,
just take these drugs.” We all need to get out from under that pat-tronizing attitude toward your body and your health. You can become
responsible for your health in such simple ways that it will make your head spin. Disease does not have to be your destiny. Make this
your mantra “Disease is not my destiny” and move forward to your new healthy life. (I would rephrase the "mantra" to something like "I

",,, Every family and doctor should have access to such intensive care as a necessary option without having to check into a hospital,
which can be quite expensive. In the news was an interesting case of a heart attack victim in the hospital for four days. Even with
insurance the patient’s cost was over 100 hundred thousand dollars.

Conclusion -

Every year antibiotic resistant infections increase killing more and more people. Some think it’s the end of western medicine and
hospitals, which in the end will be helpless in front of even the simplest infections. Between cost and danger, we need new options to
decentralize intensive care. Home treatment centers make sense. They offer us the opportunity to continue treatments at low cost for
as long as needed.

Many areas of life are destined to be severely downscaled. Medicine will have to get smaller and less complex and that means local
clinic and home-based health care. Many strong forces are at play that will affect the world of medicine. We can no longer stand more
toxicity added to our already heavy toxic accumulations in our bodies, so we will have to turn our bows into a new medical wind that
sports safe, healthy and necessary substances."[33]

"Here is the lead sentence in the Medscape article '99% of Doctors Need Diagnostic Help': 'Medical errors have become an accepted
if unfortunate part of medical care, but physicians may greatly underestimate how much they contribute to the problem.' -

This statement implies that medical errors are part and parcel of medicine, and there is nothing that’s going to change that. A medical
informatics specialist says 'The average clinician is making a lot of mistakes that they are unaware of.'

The researchers studied diagnostic errors exposed in malpractice claims. A very important statement in this article is 'We ask
questions about what we know; we don’t ask about what we don’t know.' This is exactly my point in the diagnosis of magnesium
deficiency. Clinicians don’t know anything about it so they can’t look into magnesium deficiency and miss the diagnosis every time.

Just as medicine has given up trying to fix medical errors, they have given up trying to train doctors to be better diagnosticians. They
are turning to artificial intelligence (AI) instead of relying on doctors’ superficial intelligence.

My concern with any aspect of allopathic medicine and artificial intelligence in medicine is that it’s all geared to drugs or surgery as the
primary solutions. They never bring diet, nutrients, commonsense, or humanity into the equation."[32]

July 8, 2018 - Whack-A-Mole Medicine: "The mandate of medicine to identify a symptom, diagnose it as a disease, and treat that
disease with drugs or surgery." -

During our “Lower Your Infectious Load” webinar on June 28, 2018, Ginney and I explained how to strengthen your immune system to
deal with the over 39 trillion microorganisms that inhabit the body and when out of balance can cause low grade or subclinical
infections.

I explained allopathic medicine’s Whack-A-Mole policy of attacking each infection as it rears its ugly head. It’s simply an extension of
the mandate of medicine to identify a symptom, diagnose it as a disease, and treat that disease with drugs or surgery.

Most customers who approach us have been subjected to Whack-A-Mole medicine for decades and suffered multiple courses of
antibiotics only to be made worse in the long run and treated for drug side effects and mineral deficiencies with more drugs.

Unfortunately, Whack-A-Mole is the approach of alternative medicine practitioners as well. It’s also the approach of health coaches
and the way health forums run. You got a symptom? “Try this” and if it doesn’t work then “try that.”

In the current state of modern medicine, people don’t feel they are getting the proper health care. They are just getting disease care
and it doesn’t make them feel better. Often they can’t afford wholistic doctors or naturopathic care, which are not usually covered by
insurance. So they end up trolling the Internet and find health forums where they encounter free advice. It may be completely
inappropriate for them but “Hey, it’s free!”

I’m writing this blog in frustration because I’ve read one too many health stories where a person managed to survive misdiagnosis and
mistreatment at the hands of allopathic, alternative and lay practitioners and comes out the other end alive and in relatively better
health after years of experimenting. As I read every step of their journey I’m moaning and groaning as I recognize magnesium
deficiency and yeast overgrowth in each of their layers of symptoms. By the end of the story they have managed to cobble together a
program of diet, supplements, and acceptance that put band aids on their symptoms but never gets to the root cause.

https://www.curezone.org/blogs/fmp.asp?i=1838445 Page 13 of 22
The Failures of Modern Medicine by chef jem 12/8/19, 4:05 AM

I’ve said it many times, I’ve proven over and over that the root cause of most chronic disease is yeast overgrowth and magnesium and
mineral deficiencies.

When people build up their mineral stores and get their yeast under control, miraculous things do happen.

In the webinar I talked about yeast playing the host to layers of infectious organisms. To deal with this infectious load I recommend

terrorism is alive and well in the 21st Century. What they have done to the human race is most easily seen in the United States who
citizens spend more than anyone else for medical services, tests, drugs and surgery yet remain the sickest population in the world.

When we seek the solution to all our physical ills in conventional medicine, what usually happens is that in curing a symptom, we
create others – whether in the short or the long term. All pharmaceutical drugs and other conventional medicine practices have side
effects, and are often much larger than we think, locking us into a never-ending circle of health problems.

The current medical model presents an extremely fragmented and reductionist view of body and health. We need to change this
paradigm and see the human being as he really is, an integration of body, mind, energy, emotions ……. all these factors interfere in
the health of the body.

Because all pharmaceuticals are toxic, meaning have side effects, we actually can redefine and begin to understand that the side
effects are actually the main effects, exactly what you would expect from taking any toxic substance."[12]

Re: "see the human being as he really is": This is the master key toward changing "this paradigm" however how do we "see the
human being as he really is" when sight & insight has been veiled by the very paradigm that locked people "into a never-ending circle

other ways for genuine resolution - including resolving the symptoms [that are only being suppressed by each and every toxic
pharmaceutical while they create additional "side effects (that) are actually the main effects"]. We ourselves are the ones who are
responsible for our own health (unless we are truly unable because of our stage of underdevelopment or incapacity). This
responsibility needs to be developed with our children so that they see themselves and their capacities as they really are - imbued
with innate intelligence that includes an innate design for health.

There is a drug — probably sitting in your purse, desk drawer or medicine cabinet — that is widely considered one of the world’s

November 5, 2018 - Hydrogen Is Effective Medicine For Cancer -

"Hydrogen is Serious Medicine for Cancer -

It is hard to lose with hydrogen. Hydrogen gas (H2) benefits cancer patients through prevention. It also helps us fight cancer directly
minimizing its spread. Useful as an effective adjunct to radiation and chemotherapy treatments. It is easy to imagine hydrogen
improving the quality of life of patients receiving cancer treatment. Hydrogen gas inhalation is a powerful yet gentle therapeutic
process. Conditions improve faster if hydrogen and oxygen are fed continuously. Hydrogen is the ultimate warrior against death and
disease and is a perfect partner with oxygen, which itself is a perfect partner with CO2. These gases, when weaponized as potent
medicines, are lethal to cancer.

The most recent research out of China suggests that molecular hydrogen may exert anti-tumor role in ovarian cancer through
suppressing the proliferation of CSCs-like cells and angiogenesis. In animal studies, 6 weeks of hydrogen inhalation significantly
inhibited tumor growth, as evidenced by decreased mean tumor volume (32.30%) and Ki67 expression (30.00%). Hydrogen treatment
decreased the expression of CD34 (74.00%) demonstrating its anti-angiogenesis effects. The in vitro study showed that hydrogen
treatment significantly inhibits cancer cell proliferation, invasion, migration and colony formation both in Hs38.T and PA-1 cells.

In 1975, an impressive study demonstrated that hyperbaric molecular hydrogen therapy could be a possible treatment for cancer. In
this study, the researchers showed that exposing mice with skin cancer (tumors) to 2.5 percent oxygen (O2) and 97.5 hydrogen (H2)
for two weeks produced a dramatic and significant regression of the mice tumors. This is even more hydrogen than given to deep sea
divers.

“After a first 10-day period of exposure of the mice to the hydrogen-oxygen therapy it was found qualitatively that the tumors had

turned black, that some had dropped off, that some seemed to have shrunk at their base and to be in the process of being ‘pinched
off, and that the mice appeared to suffer no deleterious consequences.”

A similar effect of hyperbaric hydrogen on leukemia was reported in 1978. An anti-inflammatory effect of hyperbaric hydrogen on a
mouse model of schistosomiasis-associated chronic liver inflammation was also reported in 2001.

Hydrogen is a new method for the treatment of lung cancer. -

...
Oxidative stress in the cell results from the strong oxidizing potential of excess reactive oxygen species (ROS). Acute oxidative stress
may result from various conditions, such as vigorous exercise, inflammation, ischemia and reperfusion (I/R) injury, surgical bleeding,
and tissue transplantation. Chronic/persistent oxidative stress is closely related to the pathogenesis of many lifestyle-related diseases,
aging, and cancer.

Hydrogen is the most perfect medicine for oxidative stress. Hydrogen therapy takes down the fires of inflammation; thus, we can see
another reason why hydrogen is a serious medicine for cancer. The story of hydrogen as a medicine officially began in 2007 when
Ohsawa and colleagues discovered that H2 has antioxidant properties that protect the brain against I/R injury and stroke by selectively
neutralizing hydroxyl radicals.[6] However, as we saw above, scientists were on hydrogens tail decades earlier.

If H2 reduces oxidative stress, then we can also say H2 protects DNA because oxidative stress damages cellular DNA which leads to
mutations. ROS cause oxidative DNA and protein damage as well as damage to tumor suppressor genes. Unlike other antioxidants
which are larger, the tiny size of H2 molecules allows them to penetrate bio-membranes and diffuse into the mitochondria and nuclei

October 25, 2019 - 'H' & Vitamin C -

"... a supplement that provides molecular hydrogen in high quantities is going to extend our stores of Vitamin C and this is life
enhancement at its best. Molecular hydrogen will create a feedback loop and an updraft that lifts the activity of all antioxidants
because an adequate supply of vitamin C enables the regeneration of vitamin E and other antioxidants in the body.

Interestingly, water, which is essential to life, is formed by the combination of oxygen (a powerful oxidizer) and hydrogen (a powerful
reducer). It make sense that molecular hydrogen has high-powered therapeutic potential as does water itself. Hydrogen is a novel and
innovative therapeutic tool and can be used like intravenous vitamin C therapy except it is vastly less expensive, and can be used
every day around the clock with every sip of water and with an inhaler one can pour hydrogen into the body ..."[61]

December 5, 2018 - Hydrogen -

"The first uses of this gas in deep sea diving is attributed to trials by the Swedish engineer, Arne Zetterström in 1945. Breathing a
mixture of 96% hydrogen and 4% oxygen he was able to dive deeper than anyone before. Nothing like breathing hydrogen when
under great stress.
...
In 1975, an impressive study demonstrated that hyperbaric molecular hydrogen therapy could be a possible treatment for cancer. In
this study, the researchers showed that exposing mice with skin cancer (tumors) to 2.5 percent oxygen (O2) and 97.5 hydrogen (H2)
for two weeks produced a dramatic and significant regression of the mice tumors. ..."[45]

"...what we call modern medicine is essentially unscientific nonsense and worthless; it doesn't work, it's very expensive, it's very
dangerous and it's already on its way out." Raymond Francis[1]

After further contemplation of the YouTube of Raymond's presentation[1] I have greater acceptance of his statement regarding cellular

malfunctioning. I had resisted immediately accepting his notion upon first hearing it however I now see the way he is applying the term
in his "Roadmap to Ultimate Health" (following) and generally agree with that although I would restate this in terms of "less than
optimal functioning" rather than as malfunctioning. The following additional information from his Beyond Health website.

The Roadmap to Ultimate Health -

We are in the midst of an unprecedented epidemic of chronic and degenerative disease. The health of the American people is in a
long-term downtrend and cancer, heart disease, diabetes and obesity are out-of-control.

The Beyond Health Model is based on the philosophy that all illness is caused by one condition – cellular malfunction. There are many
different ways in which cells can malfunction, producing thousands of different symptoms. The key to achieving optimal health is
understanding why your cells are malfunctioning and how to prevent/reverse it.

Cellular malfunction occurs in two ways, through deficiency (the lack of something cells need to function properly) or toxicity (the
presence of something that interferes with normal cell function). Think of deficiency and toxicity as too little or too much, an imbalance.

The Beyond Health Model then addresses the Six Pathways between health and disease. Where you are and what direction you
move on each pathway will determine the state of your health. These Six Pathways are:

Nutrition: chronic deficiency of even a single nutrient can cause disease (i.e. especially magnesium deficiency).
Toxins: toxins in our environment interfere with cell chemistry.
Mental: the activity of our mind affects every cell in our body (i.e. "shock trauma" as original cause of "disease" or biological survival
programs).
Physical: exercise resets your body’s metabolism.
Genetic: genes are not a guarantee that something will happen – just the potential for something to happen (see epigenetics).
Medical: health-enhancing therapies – not to be confused with conventional medicine – repair and strengthen the cells in your body.

In his YouTube presentation he says the mental pathway is "More important that all the others put together"! I generally agree. I
believe an entire book could be devoted just to this pathway in its capacity to "determine the state of your health". However it is
unknown to what extent the "activity of our mind" can play a determining role with inner conflicts in events when life brings us shocks.
This is one particular area of "Health" I am especially interested in researching and have created the Blog: Psyche & Health[4] largely
for this purpose.

April 5, 2018 - Dr. Carolyn Dean Magnesium Reports -

"Have you ever been run in circles by doctors who tell you they can't find anything wrong, yet you knew something wasn't right? That's

a common story for people with mineral deficiency.

Here's someone who read my book, realized mineral deficiency was causing problems and proceeded to take back her health.

'Your book, The Magnesium Miracle, saved my life.

After the medical profession told me there was nothing wrong with me, even ending up in emergency, I decided to take matters into
my own hands. I scoured the Internet for information on why I had lost the ability to sleep and all the associated problems. That's
when I found your book. I ordered a blood test as your book directed, and voila, my magnesium was rock bottom. I ordered ReMag
immediately.

It's taken a year of ReMag, topical magnesium, some energy medicine, and herbal tinctures from a nutritional doctor to bring me out of
the pit of hell. My magnesium levels were also affecting my potassium and sodium levels as well – all low. Now all three elements are
normal, as well as a host of other maladies have cleared. I am finished with sleeping meds and working out at the gym regularly. Even
though I still wrestle with staying asleep at night, my energy levels are great and I feel wonderful. I'm back!

Thank you for saving my life! –Yvonne'

This is one of the many 'life changing' testimonials I receive each week from customers who realize they are magnesium deficient and
decide to remineralize their bodies.

Can you relate to Yvonne's story? If so, maybe you're ready to see what the magnesium miracle can do for you. ReMag was
engineered to have the highest absorption of any magnesium on the market. ...

December 31, 2017 - The Journey of the ill -

By going the conventional allopathic "medicine"(sic) route the unaware individual typically goes from being ill to having a pill that
inevitably becomes a "p"+ill "p-ill problem"/conflict that needs resolution - a resolution that must begin with what originally just
appeared to be ill. This resolution is what the "new medicine" is all about. A similar approach needs to be applied to the soil that has
become so-ill as a consequence of its "journey" under commercial "agriculture"(sic) whereby certain corporations have ceased upon
the "illness" by adding its version of "pills" to the symptoms of ill soil. Although these are two realms of life were made to appear
divorced from each other they need to been seen from the perspective of a "bridge" that directly reveals the connection between these
two.

A couple years ago I responded to an initial invitation hosted by the Biodynamic Association(BDA) to join a new group devoted toward
building a bridge from BD agriculture to Anthroposophical medicine. A bridge that I recognized needed to have "the chef-doctor" as a
fellow team member - fully integrated into the building process - who serves the community in two major ways: by actively
encouraging and supporting local restorative food culture and by using food-as-medicine in concert with true health practitioners who
no longer add "Ps" to what's ill!

Due Diligence is required to asertain real wisdom in these presentations and most especially in regards to the opinions about "dairy".
If one applies their "due diligence" they will discover the two milks[i] that are two completely different products and that should never
be mixed together in any way, shape or form!

The idea that milk is unfit for human consumption is much too generalized of a statement as it conflicts with the long standing wise
traditions of cultures around the entire planet and over the course of thousands of years. What is truly "unfit" is the "swill" product that
began being produced about a hundred + years from cows in extremely piss-poor confinement conditions feeding on what was

If you think raw pasture fed cow milk a challenge to digest then there are other options of animal milk with smaller protein molecules. I

"Institutions gain from this (medical) model. The question becomes: Why does the health care industry separate diseases into
specialties? The answer: our medical institutions and financial reimbursement systems are founded on outdated ideas of separate
diseases and medical specialties. Abandoning these ideas threatens their economic viability and perhaps even their existence. Our
medical training reinforces the illusion of separate body systems by training doctors in specialties and sub-specialties. There are
doctors for every inch of your body. But very few understand the whole body and how it works as one complete eco-system."[6]

"Diabetes and prediabetes now affect 33-50% of the population.

Obesity, Syndrome X, and Diabetes are part of a continuum of illness that may progress to heart disease if not headed off. ..."[7]

November 28, 2018 - About "Long Term Prescriptions" -

When I was in medical school in the mid-70s we were taught to only give prescriptions to our patients for as short a duration as
possible. Drugs provided short-term relief until a patient mustered their own defenses and were not a ‘preventive’ strategy. Now we
have patients on ‘just in case’ drugs that should have no place in patient care. This new strategy of prescribing means “Patients Have
at Least One Prescription for Longer Than Needed”.[44]
