Procedure for Payment of Semester Registration Fees

(July 2019-December 2019) using SBI Collect
PLEASE NOTE: You can pay the fees during the period: 18th July 2019 to 24th
July 2019 (from 26th July 2019 onwards, late fees charges will be applicable)

1. Visit the
link:https://www.onlinesbi.com/prelogin/icollecthome.htm?corpID=835537
2. Read the Disclaimer Clause and click on check box and proceed button for making
payment.

3. The institute logo and name will appear for making payment

4. Select appropriate 'Payment Category' as “Semester registration Fees “from the

drop down menu.

5. Enter your Roll no (for e.g 2016IPG-XXX; 2016MBA-XX; 2016AN-XX; 2016PIT-XXX

etc)

6. Click on the ‘Submit’ button. Verify all the details on the next page and click on
'Confirm'.
7. The page will display following options for payments.
(i). Net Banking State Bank of India and associate Banks. Other Banks.
(ii). Card Payments State Bank ATM-cum- Debit Card Other Banks Debit Cards. All
Credit Cards
(iii). Other Payment Modes -
8. Choose the desired option and makes the payment. It may also print the receipt
online.
9. At the time of using Debit Card of any Bank (including SBI) and Credit Cards you
should know the SINGLE TRASACTION LIMIT as well as DAY TRANSACTION
LIMIT of the Debit card and Credit Cards. If the amount to be paid through SB
Collect is more than the limit, it will not be successful.
10. At the time of using Internet Banking of any Bank (including SBI) you should know
the SINGLE TRASACTION LIMIT as well as DAY TRANSACTION LIMIT of
Internet Banking Transaction Limits. He / She may approach to his / her Bank for
procedure to increase the INB Transaction LIMIT.

PLEASE NOTE: No partial fee payment is permitted. No NEFT/DD will be

entertained for semester registration fees.
DD will be accepted only for the Students taken the Bank Loan. They are
required to prepare two Demand Draft
1. Director ABV-IIITM Gwalior payable at Gwalior (Institute & Hostel Fees)
2. ABV-IIITM Students Welfare Society payable at Gwalior (Mess fees)
All Students are required to report for Registration in person with their identity
cards, online fee payment receipts (if submitted through online with DUXXXXXXXX
reference number) or with Challan receipts if education loan is availed.
