Education occupies a prominent place on the world development agenda, in the United
Nations Sustainable Development Goals and in the next World Development Report 2018
of the World Bank. In this last document, the World Bank analyzes the opinions of experts
in the field of development around the world and consistently concludes that "education" is
perceived at different levels as a fundamental aspect for development.

In the last five years, through the Country Opinion Survey conducted by the World Bank,
more than 25,000 opinion leaders in the field of development were consulted in virtually all
client countries. In some countries, surveys were conducted two or even three times
between 2012 and 2016.

“What is the most important development priority for your country?” Was one of the
questions asked to the representatives of national and local governments; multilateral and
bilateral agencies; media; the academic world; the private sector, and civil society in
developing countries.

In the world 57 million children still do not attend school and, worldwide, respondents
mentioned "education" as one of the two most important development priorities in all
regions.

Percentage and number of opinion leaders who consider “education” as one of the
main development priorities by region (123 developing countries, 2012-16).

 Bachelor´s degree doctoral:

The Doctorate is the last and most important academic level conferred by a
university. The person who gets this degree is called a doctor. The doctor's degree
does not have to be related to medicine; A doctor is one who has completed a thesis
to receive a doctorate and receive the highest university degree.
There are different types of doctorates, some of them are:

The PhD in research: in order for a person to obtain this degree, they first need to
defend a thesis based on original research, which contributes to human knowledge.
This research generally takes place in a period of time between three and six years.
This work is evaluated through its defense, before a court. Once the doctoral thesis
defense is finished, the jury evaluates the methodology detected for the research, the
sources and the results.

The professional doctorate: it is a degree awarded by different English and

European universities. Its purpose is to provide a contribution, either theoretically or
practically, in some professional area. In this way, when carrying out a doctoral
thesis, the person must carry out a professional practice that generates a contribution
to knowledge. For example: PhD in administration, in education in international
relations, etc.
 Graduate master´s degree:
An official postgraduate master's degree is achieved by completing a one to two-
year program. The master's degrees seek to expand and develop knowledge for the
solution of disciplinary, interdisciplinary or professional problems, and also provide
the person with the basic instruments that enable them as a researcher in a specific
area of science, arts or technology, which allows you to delve theoretically and
conceptually into a field of saber.
The masters cannot have a non-being that the student can find in possession of the
degree. For example, a master's degree in clinical psychology can only be obtained
if a degree in psychology has been completed before.

A master's degree, therefore, is usually equivalent to having a 5 or 6 year university

degree.
 PhD
 Postgraduate:

Postgraduate or postgraduate studies (term derived from Latin; the post prefix
equivalent to "after", and the verb gradari equivalent to "graduate") corresponds to
the cycle of specialization studies that are taken after the bachelor's degree. It
includes professional specialization studies, certificates, diplomas, postgraduate
programs and programs leading to a new academic degree such as a master's degree
(also called a master's or master's degree) and doctoral programs. In addition to the
studies themselves, it can include postdoctoral research and specialization courses
within this academic field. It is an educational level that is part of the higher type in
order to promote research activities and the updating of university content, in
addition to the specialization of knowledge. Undergraduate studies are mandatory,
and can only be accessed after obtaining the degree. The characteristics of the
dependent courses of each country or institution. There are postgraduate courses
that last only a two-month period, while others can be extended for more than one
year.
 Prerequisite:

is necessary to have passed the mathematics classification exam or have completed
and passed Precalculus.

 Program:

Designates the trade, employment or occupation that is exercised in exchange for

Professional activity requires specialized knowledge, professional training
(educational training of different levels -basic, middle or higher-, according to each

its use as a synonym for traditional crafts, natural denomination until the mid-
nineteenth century. The professional term has also been generated to define the
person who performs it.

 Thesis:
The thesis is a complete documentation of any research project, which requires a
compilation of detailed and carefully classified information. Next, some elements to
consider when making it.

1. Make a preliminary draft: The ‘Thesis Profile’ will allow you to define your
research topic and check if your project is viable and has a clear purpose. With the
draft you will know the feasibility of the proposed topic and what objectives your
research project has. The preliminary draft will also help you to have an overview
of the resources you will need for the development of the thesis: available
bibliography, budget, etc.

2. Select a topic: The topic should give you an idea of what you are looking to
demonstrate or refute with your project.

3. Problem statement: The thesis is developed based on the following elements:

Problem definition, Justification, Definition of technical terminology; Research
objectives; Hypothesis posed by the thesis and reference framework or theoretical
framework.

4. General Methodology: Description of the methods used for your project. In this
phase its typology is defined, whether it is analytical, descriptive, historical or
comparative.

5. Work plan: Organize the activities you intend to do for the development of your
research, such as the schedule for searches, research, practices and readings, etc.
6. Research stage: Review of the bibliographic material. Remember to focus your
search on not having excess information, choose exclusive bibliography of the
topic, choose authors and experts in the field.

7. Organize bibliographic information.

 Undergraduate:

The bachelor's degree is the academic degree or academic degree that is obtained
after performing certain studies of higher education of four and six years. On the
other hand, when you get this degree, it means that you are a person trained to
complete a series of tasks in a given area, to be able to work. The term derived from
the medieval Latin "licenstūra", in turn from "licentiare", which means "license",
that is, authorize. The licensee is the one who becomes a licensee.
