About Envision

As a part of the Talent Acquisition and Development initiative, E4 and Saint


Gobain have tied up with Management Institutes in each city in India, to
jointly educate, conduct classrooms, psychometric tests and mini
Assessment Centre’s offer short duration experiential learning projects to
develop the competency for the Building material construction industry and
also offer final placements at Saint Gobain subject to the Final Year MBA
student meeting the selection criteria as per the guideline laid down by the
company. All other students will receive a joint certificate from E4 and Saint
Gobain for participating in the program.

What will be your Job?


- Exposure to the latest Technics & Technology in the world of selling.
- Projects in the areas of
- Retail Sales Segment
- Institutional Sales
- Interior Sales Segment.
- Structured Hand holding at Two levels with an
- Assigned Coach – Senior State Manager who would assist during the
training
- A Mentor who would Guide and assist the trainee Performance.
- Specialized Training Programs –
- Selling Skills
- Campus to Corporate
- Project Training
- Systematic and Structured Phase wise review every two months on the
learning.

How does this JOB pay ?

During your 10 day orientation period ( December 2019 to January 2020 )

- Rs 300/= per incidental expense allowance calculated per day of work


executed and also subject to the completion of the 10 day project .

During the 3 month preliminary Business Internship ( January 2020 to


March 2020 )

- Rs 15,000/= per month as stipend

During the next 3 month of Sales Trainee - Target Based Internship


( April 2020 to June 2020 )

- Rs 30,000/= per month as stipend

Post training as On board employee in July 2020 subject to


performance criteria being met as per company guidelines.

Your compensation :

Rs.4,90,000 to Rs.5,20,000 Per Annum


(Depending on the performance during the Sales Trainee Period)

Incentive :

Rs.1,20,000 per annum


(Maximum Earnable incentive Rs. 1,80,000)
