The Mission Director on behalf of LSGD invites applications for the recruitment on contract
basis for the post mentioned below, under the Atal Mission for Rejuvenation & Urban
Transformation (AMRUT) for the State of Kerala.

Roles and Responsibilities

IT cum Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

 Set systems for measuring, monitoring and reporting to State and Central
Government.
 Strong analytical skills to understand the project status from given data.
 Very good skills on Google Sheets/ Excel for preparing analytical reports and charts.
 Knowledge of creating the project monitoring gantt charts in google sheets.
 Formatting and consolidating the data from different sources into a single format.
 Version control of files and data.
 Strong knowledge using the collaboration methods of google suite.
 Very good knowledge on updating the data on web sites. Should be able to convert
the project requirements into technical requirements and get it implemented on the
web portals.
 Data presentation skills (Should be able to decide and implement the best ways to
present the project status on reports and public portals.)
 Develop and strengthen monitoring and evaluation system for projects, reforms and
capacity building.
 Timely reporting to Mission Director about the delays and short fall in
implementation of projects based on analysis of projects.
 Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
 IT related support for implementing e-governance reforms.
 Very good communication and coordination skills.
 Any other related activities as decided by the Mission Director.
