1. Activity
 Ask the students if they have any idea about organization and management.

 What is management?
 What is organization?
 How is organization and management related to each other?

3. Abstraction
 Management is the act of getting people together to accomplish desired
goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively.

4. Application
 Ask the students to provide examples of how management can be
considered effective using school and home experiences.

IV. Evaluation
 Essay
Make a KWL chart about organization and management
V. Assignment
 Research on the definitions and functions of management.
