Using the table below, list down various activities that provide exploratory learning to Science and
Mathematics. Then, supply brief descriptions of how the learning is facilitated in each activity and the competencies
achieved through the learning experience.

Note: Survey activities conducted from different schools through surfing the internet. Limit your list into 7-10 different
examples.

Written Task III.


Write a feature article about the Math & Science Theme: “Exploring the Innovations and Excellence Across the
Spectrum of Physics and Mathematical Science”. Limit your composition to 3 paragraphs with 7-10 sentences for
each paragraph.

Guidelines:
1. Write your answers in a long bond paper, handwritten or encoded.
2. Your output is a Performance Task in both Math and Science subjects.
3. It will be graded using the following criteria:
Presentation - 20 points
Accuracy & Relevance of the Content - 50 points
Creativity & Originality - 20 points
Neatness & Punctuality - 10 points
TOTAL - 100 points
4. Submit your output to your Science/Math teacher on September 30, 2019.
