expect this property to be worth $200,000 in about seven years. You have done well. You have doubled your money
in seven years. Not bad!

However, suppose you only paid 50% down on this property and then rented it out. Let’s also assume that you rented
this property for enough money to make your mortgage payments for you. In this example, you invested only $50,000
to purchase the property. After seven years your $50,000 investment turns into a $200,000 value. In reality, it is a little
more complicated than this but, for the purpose of illustration, we’ll say that you quadrupled your money in seven years.
That’s better.

Nevertheless, if you can purchase the $100,000 property with only a 10% down payment, and rent the property out as
in the above example, you will then turn a $10,000 investment into a $200,000 value in the same seven year period. In
this example, you have leveraged your money the most. You have multiplied your investment by a factor of 20! The
smaller your investment to produce the same or even larger return, the greater you have leveraged your money.

Consider this second, real-life example about investing!

I remember seeing a story on Sam Walton (Wal-Mart) a while ago. He originally went door to door in his hometown
selling shares in his hopeful little company. The price for one share was $500. Some people liked Sam and his idea,
and bought shares. Others didn’t. But, just a few years ago that same $500 share was valued at around (are you
ready for this?) $450,000! That’s almost half a million dollars in value from an original $500 investment.

Is Wal-Mart “pie-in-the-sky”? Absolutely not!!! It is an example of how actual people LEVERAGED their money by a

Always re-invest your original investment PLUS half your profits in a new mailing and pocket the other half
for your salary! Repeat until wealthy!

To illustrate this formula using the above example, you might start with $500 and make $1,000. You then take your
initial $500 and re-invest it in another mailing – but you don’t stop there. You will also invest 50% of your profit.
After you deduct your initial $500 investment from your $1,000 in proceeds, you have $500 left (profit). You take half
