Site Development Plan

The unique geographic has brought enough natural rock resource and the area have
formed a large number of high quality stones, and gravels. That specials rivers stones with
the characteristics of hard texture, wear resistance and chemical stability. The natural river
stone has brought a broad prospects of investment. Site Planning Potential Site planning deals
with the total organization of 3- dimensional objects found upon the land for man's use. It is
concerned with both functional and visual aspects of landscape development. Each sand and
gravel site contains its own particular physical characteristics which man must determine the
validity of altering. Site planning is the art of arranging all man-made objects upon the land in
harmony with each other. The total external physical environment of sand and gravel sites can be
assisted by site planning arrangements in complete detail. Two basic considerations are essential
in developing a positive image for the sand and gravel industry: (1) satisfying requirements for an
efficient mining operation and (2) relating features and processing activities harmoniously with
the surrounding community landscape.

Floor plan
 The layout is tactically designed to support the smooth process of the proposed
business and customize just enough to cater the flows of the business.. There would be a
business office area which will cater to business transactions.

Plumbing Layout

Specification:

All plumbing installation shall be done in accordance with the National Plumbing Code of
the Philippines.

Maintain 2% declination to all sanitary pipeline to prevent conglomeration.

All sanitary pipe joints shall be in PVC solvent or any equivalent.

Providing clean cut on every change of the direction to all sanitary pipelines

All Sanitary pipe installation shall be done in direct supervision of duly licensed sanitary
engineer.
Electrical Layout

Specification:

All electrical wiring installations shall conform to the National Electrical Code and safety
of the City’s engineering section.

All wires passing thru concrete shall be closed with PVC and approved type.

All Electrical wiring installations be done in direct supervision of the duly licensed
professional electrical engineer.

Materials

The river stones are uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for
coarse crushing. And then coarsely crushed materials is sent to the cone crusher by the belt
conveyor for the secondary crushing then is fed into the sand maker for maker for further
crushing.

The finely crushed materials is sent to the vibrating screen. The materials that meets
the particle size requirements is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning and then
transported by the conveyor belt; the materials that does not meet the requirements of the
finished grained size is returned into the sand maker to form a closed loop multiple
crushing.
 Finished product granularity can be combined and graded according to user’s
needs, it can be equipped with a coarse and fine powder separator and dust removal device.

The working time of the crusher is 20 hours per day, 330 days every year.
According to the data, the price of the per ton , 1 cubic gravel here is 1000. Taking a river
stone crushing production line with a capacity of 100 tons of sand and gravel.
