Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you feel about
conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How did you feel about
discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your colleague react to your
assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you made will your colleague apply in
her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a valuable experience? Why/Why not?

I observed my classmate Shamma in math class when she taught math she have good
abilities in the instructions which was something I really wanted to observe because
keep the class and teaching good. However, during the observation I felt that her
student's behavior was better than mine in grade 2 which made the lesson go
smoothly, and students concentrate with the teacher when she explains to them. I
notice that student's sit in groups by their levels and her differentiation strategy with
them. She was confident when teaching students and I liked the way she changes her
voice tone. After the observation, I took some time talking to my classmate Shamma
about her lesson, and I told her about my feedback and ask her about her feeling when
I come to observe her.

Please share feedback immediately following the observation once the forms are completed.
