Introduction

Now a days many older people are neglected by their own families. And others are
simply abandoned because of the poverty.Elderly are an integral part of a population of any
country who need respect and attention.However, due to the changing times and
modernization of the family, older people face the difficult challeDescriptivisme to live their
lives respectfully. Depression, neglect and illness such as anzymer desease are also associated
with life poverty.And in order to prevent the elderly from being neglected and abused.We aim
to propose a home care for the aged , which will provide care for the elderly.

Objective

The purpose of this project proposal is to provide a shelter to the home less,to
provide love for the elders,to provide food, to provide health care services and to limit
the number of elderly people living in the streets.Giving them joy and happiness and
bringing a smile to their faces and giving them the following; Giving them Love which
they are missing from their family.Help them in communicating with their family and
clear misunderstanding if any.Also help them in getting their benefits from the
government as senior citizens.The main goal of this project is to better care for homeless
adults.

Description
 And this homes for the elder are meant for senior citizens who are unable to stay with their
families or are destitute. For older people who have nowhere to go and no one to support them
and this home provide a safe place.And this home for the aged will serve as the second home
for them.Our group aims to proposed this project in Brgy Bacal 3 where a lots of elder sleep in
the side walk and abused by their own family.This project will be a big help in this place,because
it can lessen the elderly who have nothing.And it is estimated that it will cost 1.5 million to build
this project,and other expenses not included for some equipments such as beds, tables, stools,
and cabinets.

Statistical Analysis

The 2016 census shed further light on the problem. According to the census report, about 13
percent of the population was found to be older than 65 years of age. Ninety percent of abusers
are family members and generally, the elderly do not want to see their loved ones get into
trouble.”Around 3 out of 10 people 60 years and older experienced some form of abuse in
community settings during the past year.Elder abuse can lead to serious physical injuries and
long-term psychological consequences. Elder abuse is predicted to increase as many countries
are experiencing rapidly ageing populations.

 In order to achieved this goal we need enough budget. We can get the money through
conducting a fund raising and solicitation.Also we need the help of the Brgy.Bacal 3 officials.
