LIMITATION
The study is conducted only to 5 major global religions, based on population census.

Due to the nature of complexity of religious studies, the study is more focussed on
generalising the diverse views so that a common ground for comparison can be
achieved. Hence, diverse religious sects are ignored and the study is conducted on major
religious sects, based on population census. Variations in rituals also will be treated this
way.

Religions that exist today have undergone several iterations throughout history, a study
of the evolution of religion and also that of the rituals that evolved along with it would
be hectic. Such a study will be outside the scope allowed by the time limit.
