(15 minutes) Singing “Dalagang Pilipina”
B. How are Philippine women being described in the song?
“let’s Warm Up”
1. Work in groups of five
2. Create a fictional region. Discuss for 3 minutes the description of that region using
the following guide questions:
a. What is the name of the region? What are its people called?
b. Is it an island or a land locked?
c. What is its tourist’ attraction?
d. What is that region famous for?
What are its people known for?

2. Explore Processing:
(10 minutes) 1. What did you feel in doing your activity?
2. Did you find it easy in sharing your knowledge with your groupmates?

Does each region share that same culture? Explain.

Discuss in your group what intercultural communication is.


3. Explain
(15 minutes)

4. Elaborate 1. Presentation of the group discussion outputs.

5. Evaluate The teacher will task the students to assess the groups assigned. The students need to
