Offer for CSR-Training

Dear Mr.Mohan Kumar,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview held with us, we are pleased to offer you an
post of "CSR T rainee" for a period of 1 year w.e.f.16th August 2017.

This training comes under the ambit of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). The intent is to train
fresh engineers/qualified persons in the manufacturing field, so that they will be having a better
exposure resulting in becoming more proficient and also will increase the chances of being better
employable.

The following are the terms and conditions:

1.Training Allowance:

ALLOWANCE
0-6 Months Rs. 12000/- Rs.1000/- Rs. 13 000/-
7-12Months Rs. 12000/- Rs.3000/- Rs. 15,000/-

2. Training Period: Your training period will be for one year from the date of joining. A certificate
shall be issued at the end of training period.

It is desired that your training stipend details are kept confidential & not discussed with anyone within
or outside Auto CNC nor should any comparison be made with any other person in the organization.
Any deviation in this regard will not be appreciated.

During the Training period, you may leave the service, or your services are liable to be terminated by
giving seven days notice in writing or salary in-lieu thereof by either side. The company, however,
reserves the right to waive the notice period required and accept your resignation immediately on
receipt of your resignation. Absence for a continuous period of six days without prior approval of your
superior (including overstay on leave) would result in automatic termination of training without any
notice or intimation.

3. Completion of training does not result in your employment/job assurance in this company. Other
terms & conditions of your employment are enclosed as Annexure 'A' of this letter. Please sign the
duplicate copy of this letter along with the Annexure 'A & B' as a token of your having accepted the
same.

4. You are required to carry this offer letter at the time of joining.
