REPORTING MANAGER: Project In-charge, Project Management Office

Brief:
Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for coordinating projects
of varying size and complexity or its parts. He/She is responsible for organizing and controlling
project activities and for communicating risks, opportunities and current state of project to his
superior and/or other stakeholders.
Project Coordinator doesn’t define project strategy or make strategic decisions, He/She is more of a
traffic controller, arranging assignments, analyzing course of the project and reporting its status to
the management and stakeholders.
While a Project Manager will responsible for budget and procurement, Project Coordinator is
responsible for coordinating those aspects and reporting issues, risks or wins to strategic
management.

Requirements:
Constantly portray a professional image to colleagues, senior employees and Client in person and
in all communications.
Promote and foster a strong, ethical, friendly and efficient team culture and working environment.
When additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with
the approval of your Line Manager.
Constantly maintain an upmost level of confidentiality and discretion with all information pertaining
to the business, the Directors, information that you learn / obtain, colleagues and business activities
in general.
Ensure constant communication with all project staff to identify potential problems, formulate
recommendations, solutions and report.
Maintain established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards.
Demonstrable ability to work well within a team, under supervision.
Responds positively to the needs of customers, supervisors and colleagues.
Communicates ideas for improvement to Senior Employees.
Team player but also able to work on own initiative.
Strong self-management skills to ensure timely issue of project deliverables.
