Ø Dala, please aim to improve the quality of your written lesson plan:
• Should be more detailed (someone should be able to teach the
lesson by following your lesson plan).
• The lesson plan should include the list of questions you will be
asking students.
• In the introduction part you need to write exactly what you are
going to do for example, you will write 7+7 on the white board and
then you will ask the students to answers the questions.
• Check you grammar errors.

Ø Dala your voice was clear and loud.

Ø Dala the students were very interactive and listening to you.
Ø Dala walks around the class, check student’s work a gives feedback –
well-done
Ø Dala kept the students busy and involved with the class work.
Ø Dala uses some rewarding words like (excellent), as well as, she gives
strikers to the students.

Ø Dala starts her lesson by welcoming the students.
Ø Then she writes on the white board and asks students to answers.
Ø Then she writes another formula and asks the students to work with
partner to answer the question.
Ø Dala asks some students to come in front and act as group of numbers.
Ø Dala explains the lesson topic to the students.
Ø She asks the students to go back to the group and answers the activity on
student’s book.
Ø She walks around the groups, helps the students and encourage them to
work on the activity.

Ø To assess student’s understanding Dala provides students with different
tasks related to the lesson concept.

Comments:
Ø Dala was able to make very astute observations about her own strengths
and weaknesses! For this reason, I know that her progress will be
significant in her future teaching lesson.
Action Plan:
o Dala must set a long term goal of developing her English language skills.
Luckily, Dala is already very fluent and very comfortable communicating with
her students and her colleagues in English. Now, she must focus on making
less grammatical errors when she speaks.
o Please continue working hard, observing (and learning from) your MST and
reflecting on your practice!
