· Worked in Grand Rapids to supply fresh healthy produce collected from local farmer’s donations, to soup

· Developed meeting agendas to help further club member’s knowledge of personal nutrition and community
nutrition.
· Worked with board members to plan volunteer opportunities within the community. Such as working with kid’s
food basket Sack Supper Program to provide kids with evening meals that are well-rounded and nutritious.
· Maintain regular communication with club advisor and group member to provide as much information as possible
to club members.

Skills
· Strong knowledge of basic nutrition including macronutrient digestion and absorption, micronutrients, and energy
balance.
· Knowledge of community nutrition, food access, food insecurity, and current nutritional trends and issues.
· Experience educating others about nutritional topics such as MyPlate, calorie intake and the effect of cultural
diversity on food.
