on their terms and to chart a course that aligns with their career goals.
Graduates of the Schulich MBA program are entrepreneurs, leaders in financial

The International MBA provides a myriad of pathways for global careers. The program
prepares graduates to work effectively in organizations with an international footprint
and in a culturally diverse workforce.

The IMBA curriculum is designed around two interrelated themes: functional


business management and the professional development skills needed to succeed.
Explore these in the integrative first-year curriculum alongside Business Communication
and Culture courses to strengthen second language proficiency. Apply your learning
within the context of an organization during the International Work Term. In Year 2,
strengthen your functional or industry expertise by pursuing specializations alongside
