Reflection

In a representation of one signature assignment that I think is something that is

accomplishable to be able to reflect on and give my insight on how I did them. I must say the one

assignment I think should be reflected on is my research paper and research power point. I know

for a fact that these are going to be the most anticipated assignment that I will want to reflect on

at the never end of the course. I felt so proud in this final project I did for the class because

besides making the PowerPoint, and the research paper. I pulled off my presentation in a very

professional structure. It was not expecting my PowerPoint to be set “example” for other

students who will be attending the courses. Now we are rearing down to the final ending of the

course, I just want to reflect on all the things that I’ve learned and how will I be applying these

things later in my life. I take the course out of curiosity and a requirement, but I’ve never thought

that I will ever be interested or find useful out of the class. Now that the course in ending, I can

see a lot of things that go on every day and everybody that’s around me. Also, with me going

into business, I feel that I should have a large background about drugs because you'll never know

what can happen and how it will occur.

Here I just want to break down to each chapter that we’ve talked about. We start of the

semester by going over the easy knowledge of what is Meth. Then after the section, we got to go

more in-depth and details to all the major drugs that is mostly talk about and how it is affecting
society. One thing that I also want to include are the group presentation or we can say group

work. During the group project, as a group, we were required to have someone in our group

bring in a presenter that is knowledgeable about drugs, and drug use. I was so surprised by how

many people there is that involved in drug abuse/use and people who have encountered people

who obtain the drug. Everybody knows that when you encounter any sort of drugs, one thing to

expect is a disaster to lives and family. All the presenter that presenting had a very similar story,

situation, and pathway. Where everything was going down the road and how they learned from

the tragedy.

I know for a fact that the encounter of any kind of drugs use is always going to bring to

addiction. The reason I know this is because my dad smokes, and I can also see what cigarettes

can affect a person financial when they need the product. From my point of view and I want to

sample my dad to be someone who would not be able to quite but hearing all the presenter

talking about the hardship that they must go through to be sober is just unbelievable.

In the end, I just want to refer the course as one of the most helpful and meaningful

courses that I have ever taken. Because it gave me a large vision of how the world is wrapped

around all these drugs and that there are lives and death result every hours and day.
