PT. BAHARI DHARMA NUSANTARA (BDN), previously named PT. Garuda Mahakam Pratama
was established since 1982 as a limited company affiliated with PT. BERLIAN LAJU TANKER
Tbk (BLTA). As a ship-owner and shipping agency company, our range of service are
focusing on liquid bulk cargo transportation and providing general agency service nor its
similar business.

Our first owned vessel MT. Garuda Mahakam I (6.135 DWT), a fully dedicated vegetable oil
carrier and these days we owned a pair of Tugboat AWU303/Barge TKW88, which operated
by another affiliated company of BLTA, Pan Union PTE LTD to load Granite from Tanjung
Balai Karimun to Singapore – and BDN appoints as general agent.

Balai Karimun, we are the best solution of integrated agency service to our established
customer and attempt to develop our agency business according to market demands,
especially in Golden Triangle Batam/Karimun – Singapore – Malaysia, the most engaged

Our rebranding program in 2019 not just reorganized the structure to more efficient team,

the shipping agency business in Batam and Tanjung Balai Karimun, for both International

Experienced more than 10 years in Batam and Tanjung Balai Karimun, we had been
assisted number of those services at Nipa Transit and Anchorage Area/NTAA, Batu
Ampar port, Kabil Port, Oil Terminal at Oiltanking and Saipem Terminal. Several jobs in
Cirebon port, Kumai, Bojonegara and some other ports in Indonesia had also been done
thoroughly.

SHIP MANAGEMENT & MANNING SERVICES

We offers a range of comprehensive services to provide cost and time savings for our
customers. Our third party ship management services including technical management,
crew management, risk management and system, vessel accounting and procurement
services. We also offer dry docking, new building supervision and inventory of hazardous
material.

 STS OPERATION & LAY UP SERVICE
As an agency we are in affiliate with BUP/Badan Usaha Pelabuhan (Port Business Entity)
PT. Asinusa Putra Sekawan who providing STS Cargo Transfer service and Lay up service
in NTAA.
We also provide lay-up your valued fleets at Galang Anchorage Area.
In mid 2020, we have plan to increase our service in NTAA as an STS Operator by providing
the azimuth harbor tug and marine fenders to get more efficient STS operation costs.

The established customers on this jobs are Agence Francois/Humann, AKR Corporindo Tbk,
Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk, Blu Shipping Pte Ltd, Gold Bridge Singapore, Shipload Maritime

Nipa Transit & Anchorage Area – The most strategic STS & Lay up Service

VISITOR/SURVEYOR TRANSPORT SERVICE

Providing visitor or surveyor arrangement from arrival to departure back to the respective
country. The arrangement consist of visitor arrival, Visa On Arrival (VOA), Land Transport,
Sea Transport to/from the vessel and any necessity upon request.

we are going to provide some Azimuth Harbour Tug as well as Marine Fender, hose and its
supporting equipment.
