To know the sources of various industrial wastes and its treatment methods 3. To understand the design and operation of disposal of industrial wastes 4. To know the various processes of wastewater treatment and its engineering requirements 5. To provide adequate knowledge about pollution phenomena of various industries including gaseous pollutants.
