Course Objectives: The course is intended to introduce the students to pharmaceutical chemistry. It will also help them to understand
different acidifying agents, topical agents, pharmaceutical aids and necessities, dentrifices, anesthetics, antioxidants and radio
pharmaceutics.

Pre-requisites: Basic Knowledge of Chemistry.

Student Learning Outcomes:


Upon Completion of this course the student will be able to:
1. Outline the knowledge of preparative methods of various pharmaceutical agents.
2. Determine various uses of pharmaceutical inorganic products.
3. Test the impurities in inorganic drugs and pharmaceuticals
