ln pursuance of the approval by the corpet"nt authority of lNC, New Delhi for
extension of the cut-off date for admission of nursing courses for the current year up to
30-11-2019 vide reference Sth cited, the Director of Health & Family Welfare is
considered the request of the representation the.. President, Private MPHW(F) Trg.
lnstitution Association, Vijayawada vide reference 6th cited for extension of last date 30-
11.2019 for submission of applications by the candidates to take admissions in to
MPHW(FyANM Course of this academic year.

Therefore the District Medical and Health Officers / Member-Convener of the

Selection Committee for selection of candidates for admission into Multi Purpose Health
Workers (Female) Training Course in the respective districts are informed that the last
date for submission of applications has been extended up to 30-1 1-2019.

Hence all the DM&HOs are requested to take action accordingly for taking
admissions into MPHW(F) Training Course for the Academic year 20'19-20 for
applications received up to 30-1 1-2019 and submit Selection list after completion of
Selection Procedure within 15 days without fail.

Further the Principals of all Govt./Grant-in-aid/Private MPHW(F)/ANM Course

institutions in the state are hereby requested to take necessary steps to increase the
strength of the students for admitting into MPHW(F)/ANM Course by taking this
advantage.

This has got the approval of the Director of Health & Family Welfare, AP.
