M/S: Shree Ganesh Carbon Industries was establishing in 1992 and it is dealing in the
automotive industry, manufactures self ± starter brushes, alternator carbon brushes and
other motor carbon brushes and has a well-established market in India (Areas: Bihar,
Kolkata, Maharashtra, Madhya Pardesh, Gujarat, Delhi, and entire north India).

M/S: Well India Securities Ltd.

Well India securities is not a single organization it is a group of 7 different organization


and only this organization deals in financial markets service(which was establish in
2007), real estate, education, travel , insurance, commodity market(was establish
earlier). As the company is new and trying to build its brand name in India so, it is
providing a lot of service to the customer.

This research project will compare and contrast the management process, marketing
style, what facilities are provided from the company to their staff.

The Shree Ganesh Carbon Industries has total no. the employee are 20 and out of 20
12 people are unskilled labor which work in the production unit of the company whereas
rest 8 are divided into four section (marketing, finance, research and development,
production). The Shree Ganesh Carbon Industries recruit the person who has
knowledge about the above 4 process have to pass through a short of practical
experience to judge the skills and talent of a person specially in the field of production
and to judge that he could handle the unskilled labour without any manner. In addition,
finance, research, & development section the management process for recruit is to give
them the debt. of some consumer and ask them how should we convert this into profit
account. The idea of research and development department is through grab new market
for the product with the help of ultra modern marketing style and help to build a better
relationship with old and new customer in today competition time. The Shree Ganesh
Carbon Industries does not check the academic skills of person they search for the
practical skills of the person.

The Well India Securities has 58 employees where as the management recruiting
process is though all the legal documents of employee (for example: Academic and
Work Experience were checked that they are original or not). Company also provides
training for 3 weeks without paying any salary and in the final stage there is an exam,
which held in the fourth week (which is related to their work they had done in past 3
week¶s time) after that the company issue a job offer letter to that employee.

For the skilled labour company does not provide many facilities accept helping them to
open a bank account so that they save their money and provide them 30 days holiday in
a year and shelter along with food. Whereas for the manager the company provides
them all the facility, like bank account, mobile bills, once a month get together between
everyone, 30 holiday in a year plus extra holidays for any occasion good or bad.

After the recruitment of employee, the employee have to sign a contract or bond for 5
years and once they signed the contract he will get 25 holidays in a year plus weekend
holidays sometimes on Saturday company pays the extra per hour wages for working.
After working in company for a year and showing their interest in company work the
company offers a ³Personal loan scheme´ (a sought of personal loan up to 10 lakhs
rupees) that is not provide by any company in the world or may be some. However, the
company issues this loan till the time you are working before you leave the company
you have to clear this loan otherwise legal procedure of action will be take. The
procedure is same as the bank (need passbook details and blank signed cheque in the
same way company takes from the employees and asks the employees to give them a
suitable date so that they can put your cheque in the bank for the repayment of their
loan. In addition, company charges same rate of interest, which is charge by the banks.

 
      

Shree Ganesh Carbon Industries is dealing in an automotive industry and the company
gives the credit to all the buyers for 60 days but generally as the competition arise in the
industry company has extended the credit limit by 90 days for the buyers from the year
2009.
In addition, according to the buyer order and payment style pattern the company offer
them a large amount services like minimum Rs.25, 000.00 should be invest in terms of
cash or in stock service provided by the company to the buyer and new consumer also
this policy is from the beginning of the company. The quality of product is dividing into
three categories as per the buyer pocket (Main consumer) and there is 30% fixed
margin for electrician (who used the brushes in vehicles and machine motors) and
stockiest this idea is issue in 2009. Whereas the profit margin goes up by 30% for the
stockiest, so that, they will also show more interest in the product development. Now in
the coming year, the company is going to make a joint contract between the electrician
and the consigner and planning to open an e- commerce website business in India it
helps the buyer to change the spare of their vehicle wherever they feel free have free
spare time.

 
    

The well India securities is new organization also new brand in the market and
company main area is to provide the services but they has some different ways of
marketing as they are approaching some small people or owner of a small business
firm, who never thought of big cash flow of money in their own life. Beside this,
organization is look after each and every thing from the growth to development of both
the organization. They are offering the sub ± broker ship to small people without any
investment just they need to find obedient clients for business and everything which is
the new way of marketing in the field of sub- broker ship. The well India also offers the
investor to work in the market with help of black money; other brokerage firm does not
provide this facility. Normally all the broker in India need the money on T+2 settlement
which is set by SEBI (Securities Exchange Board of India) however well India offers
them a week time to pay their amount.

  
       

In Shree Ganesh Carbon Industries, the manager has to use insulting or rude language
with unskilled labour most of time. As they does not look after the mixing of copper
powder along with other chemicals properly which form copper tablet were made or
sometime they does not look after the size or weight of the tablet as they both are
important and need both specification equally before it fit in starter. Moreover, the Shree
Ganesh Carbon Industries pay all the salary in white money after cutting the tax from
their salary and pays them through cheque. In addition, there are some service is
provided by the organization which help the employees to save there tax. Like charity
donations etc.


  
     

In Well India securities, the manager are use respectful language for every employees
besides all the manager always motivate their employees once in 15 days so that they
there team can achieve or try for their goals. Sometimes if some employ has done
something wrong or by mistake added a wrong customer who is not paying the full
money of their holding, then the manager will show them the ways to take out the
company fund and then close the account of that client so in further you does not have
to face the same situation. Moreover, the Well India Securities pay all the salary in two
ways. (1)In the ways, cash in hand that is black money, which is not calculate in tax. (2)
The company has just thought to open a charitable trust, which will help all the
employees to save their income from tax and all income will be convert in to white
income.

(1). The Shree Ganesh Carbon Industries mainly sold the parts that come under the
agriculture and it helps both the organization and buyer to buy and sell the goods on bill.
If we pay our proper tax and if we show our proper sales to the government the benefits
come to us. On the other hand, Well India is using a wrong strategy to build it markets
one is the company is issuing a liability of one week which is only for two as per SEBI
and also allowing them to work in black money which is not recommend by the SEBI.
Second is company is paying half salary in black money which helps the employees to
save their tax which will benefit them later through government while developing the
nation also adding better service.

(2). In Shree Ganesh Carbon Industries the manager use rude and insulting language
for the unskilled labour which should be taken care of as they are human being not the
slave. On the other hand, the Well India manager is very cooperative with business
partner and employees.
