 Every month 1st & 3rd Saturday will be a holiday except for in cases where mentioned in above calendar
 As we have declared more holidays this year (including 1st and 3rd Saturdays), all the employees should strictly
follow the Leave policy and be punctual to work.
 Categorization and Fact team are requested to plan their work so to have less impact on the deliverable.

Notes from IT
Policy of Tamil Nadu 2002: IT companies can work on government holidays and need not inform labor department. The Tamil Nadu
(Industrial Establishments) National and Festival Holidays Act 1959 is applicable to IT Companies. Under Rule 6A of the National and
Festival Holidays Rules 1959, companies if they require their employees to work on a National or Festival Holiday, have to send Form
6A to the Inspector having jurisdiction over the area in which the software company is situated. IT companies are exempted from the
provisions of Rule 6A and Rule 7 of the Tamil Nadu Industrial Establishments (National and Festival Holidays Rules 1959).
